Our driver recommended this place, claiming he brings many customers here, hinting at some shady arrangement. Without consulting us, they booked us two separate beds. When we pointed out the error and requested a twin bed, they claimed no rooms were available. After I checked online availability and pushed back, they magically found us the right room. Breakfast was included with our stay, but our driver unexpectedly "joined" us. As we left (without him, since he was still eating), the staff confronted us, demanding we pay 650 for *his* meal in front of everyone, creating a scene and insisting this was standard practice—despite him receiving a daily food allowance. The rooms were outdated and poorly maintained. We had to ask multiple times for the Wi-Fi password before they finally provided it. The food was average at best—definitely not worth 650 per person, though the piña colada was a highlight. The staff were polite enough, but their deceptive tactics left a bad impression.

I had a wonderful stay at Hotel Sandesh The Prince from the 17th to the 20th. The breakfast was truly the best—great variety and quality! Housekeeping was excellent, ensuring a clean and comfortable environment throughout my stay. A special mention to the staff, especially in dining and housekeeping, who were incredibly obliging. The housekeeping team was quick to respond to every request, making my stay hassle-free. The dining staff was equally welcoming and friendly, adding a warm touch to the experience. Overall, an outstanding stay, thanks to the amazing service. Highly recommended

The best thing about this hotel was its location. Actual hotel was average, quite old and dated but clean. On entering the hotel, the reception and lobby area is quite swanky and posh looking with a lovely glass elevator leading up to the rooms. Once entering the rooms, found they were dated and not very appealing (although clean). We had a window which overlooked the pool but no balcony. Food (including breakfast) in the Castle Restaurant was average but good in the snack bar. Staff were appalling. Absolutely no customer skills or service between them. I have never come across a Guest Relations as rude or as miserable as they have here. In the 2 nights we stayed here, not once did she smile. The only member of staff that was pleasant was a young lady called Devinka. Everyone else made us feel like uninvited guests. To it up, hotel ok, staff rude and l wouldn't stay here again or recommend.

Hotel is very old but in good condition rooms are clean only problem with staff they are very lazy & 1 more thing in this hotel they have tv in the room but TV not working because they didn’t do recharge if you call them to come in room & start the TV they will come & tell you TV will start in 10 minutes but it will not start because they have to pay for recharge & they don’t want to do recharge rest is ok

Great location and friendly staff Older hotel, but nice beds and nice breakfast. Pool looked nice as well. Rooms seem to be undergoing renovation. Door/bell staff very friendly. Great location near mall of Mysuru and zoo.
