Stopped in for the night - stayed on 19th floor Room was large and clean! Bathroom had plenty of light (unusual for a hotel), shower had amazing water pressure! Only 2 negatives: wish there had been a door creating a separate water closet area in the bathroom and a Keurig or espresso machine would have been nice! Overall-GREAT room! We will be back.

The property was good but the smoking Wed and cigarettes off balconies made it un plesent especially when there’s signs that say no smoking. Loud music, rooms are not noise free. Body wash in rooms were not filled. Extra charges for parking and parking at the fee per day is given without being told it’s extra costs.

This was an Amazing New Hotel. The outside FIREPIT was our favorite spot! Breakfast was wonderful!

I loved the warm pool outside and the fire pit on the second deck. Overall stay was awesome

We went here in January. I called this hotel 3 times before booking it to ensure that it has a heated pool as we have a kid who loves to swim in pools and due to cold weather in January we knew we won't be spending much time outside. Everytime I called I was told that both indoor and outdoor pools are heated at 86 degrees. I chose this hotel over others mainly because of that. However when we got there, we found both pools were at about 60 degrees and not enjoyable at all. Most people were huddled into two small hot hubs one of which which wasn't hot either. The lazy river was dirty with bugs and leaves everywhere. When enquired to front desk, I was told due to the cold weather outside they can not keep the pool heated. So I felt like they lied over the phone fully knowing they don't have heated pool. Other than that, this hotel is kind of basic and doesn't offer enough amenities to be a 4 star hotel. Few positive things were the oceanfront location and that it smelled good in the lobby.

Loved this exquisite hotel! We stayed on the 25th floor, and was so happy to find such a beautifly appointed room. Loved the showers, the design of the room, everything! The only thing i feel needs to be improved, is that the parking situation is atrocious. They share the across the street parking garage with the Breakers hotel which is another huge hotel, and the amount of parking spaces between these 2 hotels spaces are not enough. They have to do something with allotting a place for bigger vehicles like the pickup trucks and suvs, who are hogging the spaces that are supposed to be for compact vehicles. Dozens of people were not able to use the parking garage due to the overcrowded conditions. Other than that, the hotel itself rates fully a 5 stars, score of 10. Like i said, this is a gorgeous place. Will be coming back again my next visit soon.

Be prepared to pay $21.80 per day for parking across the street. Complimentary breakfast was delicious. Great location right on the beach with ocean view and very clean rooms. Will stay again but not so high up on the 25th floor.

Hidden gem, it’s my 1st time visiting Myrtle Beach and I’ll definitely return in the summer! The hotel is right on the beach, parking is across the street and the rooms are spacious that includes a fridge and microwave.

Very nice hotel right on the beach. We went during the middle of the week and the off season, it wasnt ccrowded at all very comfortable and relaxing time
