Incredible time at this gorgeous hotel- the food was fantastic and the beach club and ocean for swimming was beautiful and so nice. Great service - we had our big family come and everyone had such a great time including the kids. The room is also stunning. We didn’t get to spend too long here but hope we can come back soon for longer!!

I cannot tell you how amazing our 3 night stay was at this hotel. We were picked up from the ferry terminal and taken straight into luxury, in the transfer we were handed a fresh towel, cool water and freshly cut fruit. The service upon arrival by Eftihia was incredible, and this continued through out our stay. She organized everything for us without hesitation. The wait staff at the hotel restaurant, I can’t thank you enough, Andreas, Vasilis and the girls thank you for your outstanding service and to the chefs wow the summer salad and lamb souvlaki to die for! The room, wow, I mean pure luxury and comfort. After a day out exploring the island what a wonderful place to come home to. Everyone and I mean everyone including the hotel manager Mike was attentive and kind, we were literally treated like family. Of half Greek decent myself this was like coming home. I will 100% be back Bill & Coo, thank you again.

Think twice before booking this hotel. Save your money. We arrived yesterday, 8/31, waited 2 hours for our room to supposedly be cleaned only to ariive and find dirt and scuff mark stains on the bathroom floor and pillow cases with brown and black stains. We asked for the sheets to be changed and room re-cleaned while we were at dinner. The next morning, I notice the exact pillow we complained about and the sheets were still on the bed. When I took pictures and we complained about it and asked for the manager, there was no apology, and the exact response we received was: “ we were informed that your sheets were changed yesterday. Are these photos from today?” This is extremely unprofessional and disrespectful. For the amount you pau for this suite, we should not have to deal with this kind of unprofessional and unacceptable behavior from a “luxury hotel of the world.” anyone can go to a Holiday Inn and get clean sheets and responsive service. Unacceptable to be happening at this caliber of a hotel. Next, we requested luggage stands, and were given a broken one. later that night, we requested an iron and ironing board, and after 30 minutes of not receiving them, had to go to the front desk to figure out what was taking so long. We were told they were delivered to the wrong room. It still took another 15 minutes before we received them. We were late for our dinner reservation. We asked for the manager to come to our room so that we could speak with him or her. After 20 minutes of no response from the front desk, we had to physically walk to the lobby to make a formal complaint. We are very well traveled and have stayed at other hotels in Greece with excellent service but have never had an experience as poor as this.

Few big problems! This place is very miss leading about the suites and the location of the property. A big Part of the reason I booked this place was because of the location being advertised as close to downtown Mykonos. Well turns out they have 2 locations and the confirmation email shows the location I was expecting. The lady at the front desk admitted this has been a problem. When we asked if we could move to the location we wanted they said the suits aren’t as nice. Also there were a few problems with the room, first of all it was a hike to get to our room from the resort, also that whole resort doesn’t have sunset views. Also g with those issues the door on our shower broke and was stuck so we couldn’t use the shower. We ended up leaving for another hotel after the first night and we are so glad we did!

We enjoyed a wonderful stay in one of the villas and would certainly think of returning to this excellent hotel. The staff are highly engaged, professional and attentive. The location is good being 10 mins walk from the town but this is along a narrow road with no pavements so does not feel safe - particularly at night. Avoid the hotel car service which is priced way too high (80 euros for a 5 min ride is simply excessive!). Also, a handful of rooms along the foot path from reception to the road are overlooked and so had little privacy so I would not have been pleased to stay in one of those. Overall though this is a terrific place to stay in Mykonos.

Best hotel I’ve ever been to. First of all, the architecture and design are refined and sophisticated. The view from the pool is absolutely incredible. The small heated pool by the room is a must during the chilly October nights. Second, the service is on another level everyone adds their own personal touch to make your stay perfect, from the restaurant staff and the 24/7 reception team to the kitchen… oh my god, the food! Every dish on the menu is delicious, with plenty of healthy options. I can’t recommend this place enough. Big love to the whole team ❤️
