라마다 바이 윈덤 무수리 몰 로드(Ramada by Wyndham Mussoorie Mall Road)

Staycation was really awesome. Staff was very courteous especially Tanya , Anjali , ***jot , Nikhil , Pradeep , Vijayendra , Sharmila and room & ambience was really best. Got an early checkin too. All amenities are available. Room service was really good.

The all rounder property in the mussorie. It has great rooms, restaurants, the staff with great politeness and hospitality and the location on mall road is icing on the cake. Must mentioned names here are Ms. Paridhi and the executive Chef Mr Rakesh. They went way ahead for our comfortable stay. The hotel great amenities in the room and has great recreational activities for the kids.

The stay was wonderful and the hotel is located right next to the mall road for an easier access. Special thanks to Paridhi for making our stay delightful. Would recommend this place if you want to enjoy the view of doon valley and roam around mall road.

We stayed for 2 nights in this property in April 24. It does not have swimming pool and it does not mention its absence while booking. It is an acquired property by Ramada and needs refurbishing. Everything is old and cheap looking. Our room was near reception and whole day ***y staff members were gathered at reception and were gossiping and high volume music was played in lobby area. One cannot sleep in the room in the day time due to disturbances. Breakfast spread was insufficient and food quality was far too bad if we compare to Ramada standard. If Ramada cannot improve it, it should surrender this property as it is spoiling its name.

Our stay was very comfortable and the staff was also very polite. Miss Paridhi and Taniya and all other staff was very good. Food was great and view is also awesome. Overall a very good experience. Location of hotel is also great right on the Mall Road entry.

Great service by staff. Loved the food. Definitely recommend it to anybody who wants nice, comfortable stay at Mussoorie. Location just at the starting of mall road. Shout out for paridhi for staying connected with us before arrival for helping us find way to the place.

The hotel has a heritage property vibe. The care takers in the activity centre is good. The bed in the room is of small size just in case ur with ur kid make sure u request for an extra bed. The food is good but can be better. Chef Rakesh and fnb ***ager Mr. ***jot are very helpful and make sure that ur food is sorted for. The view is good and the location is just on the mall road which is plus. The property is neat and clean. The dining place has amazing view. There is live music every night except Tuesdays.

We stayed here for 4 nights. Location, property type, staff hospitality were all really good. Taniya really made us feel welcomed. Breakfast spread wasn't huge but whatever all items served were tasty. A little bit of improvement could be made in ***aging live counter orders. But wherever they messed up the order, they more than made up for it.

Our stay was fantastic The staff was very helpful and well spoken. a staff member Taniya was very sweet and helpful throughout the stay. The location, food, rooms are exceptionally good. We stayed on the ground floor which has a garden. The ambience in the evenings are sooo nice. All amenities and facilities are provided and you'll be well taken care of.
