The Palm Aryan Mussoorie - 5 Mins Walk to Mall Road

Don’t be fool after seeing the review, they have no proper service in this hotel. Rooms without balcony are bad, matchbox size rooms, food is pathetic, hot water is limited breakfast is bad. I wanted to order something for my 1 year old baby and they couldn’t accommodate a simple request.

We stayed at Palm Aryan for 2 days and it was the best stay in Mussoorie. The service was excellent, and all the staff were very friendly and never said no to anything requested! Rooms were very clean and spotless. All the staff were mannered. I was waiting for the lift and a staff member actually came and pressed the button for me!! We did not have much food there but the snacks were delicious. Last but not least, the person who drove us from the hotel entrance to Mall Road was very friendly and well-mannered. I will definitely recommend this one!!!

I am writing this after my stay at The Palm Aryan, It was all worth it. The price, the breathtaking view from the room' s balcony, cleanliness everything 👍 but one thing that stand out completely was the behaviour of the staff at this hotel. They were so so so good and exceptionally helpful. Each and everyone present there was very well behaved and so keen to help each and every time you ask for it. We will only stay with the Palm Aryan whenever we visit Mussoorie again. Big thumbsup and highly recommended 👍 👍👍

For a small budget friendly lodge this property has a fairly good location with sufficient car parking, good service, good food, good views from the rooms with balconies.
