Heerlijk appartement. Wij hadden de studio in het nieuwe gedeelte. Klein maar alles wat je nodig hebt. Nette douche met harde straal. Schoonmaak 5x per week. Lekkere ligbedjes bij het zwembad. De Balinese bedden kun je huren voor 20 euro per dag. Inclusief 2 drankjes, wat ook cocktails mogen zijn. Locatie dicht bij het strand. Winkeltjes, restaurants in de buurt. Geen uitgaansgelegenheden na 00:00 uur alles dicht.

We booked HSM Lago Park purely for budget convenience, expecting little beyond a clean room and pool. Instead, we discovered an absolute treasure: the Mini Club, led by the extraordinary coordinator, Erika. Her programme was a revelation! Our intellectually curious daughter was enthralled by Erika’s creative, thoughtful activities. Unlike typical ‘gaudy’ kids’ clubs, the coordinator fostered a warm, inclusive space where children of all languages and backgrounds connected through imaginative play and crafts. Her genuine care and skill in engaging young minds are unmatched. Beyond the Mini Club, all staff impressed us—especially the friendly, attentive bar team who made the day around the pool super relaxed. If you’re traveling with curious kids, don’t miss this hidden gem!

We stayed nine nights at the hotel, marking our first experience with self-catering holidays. In my search for the right place, I prioritised finding a hotel that would support those needs. The room we received was adequate, although it had an older feel, and some parts showed signs of wear and tear. For instance, the refrigerator door didn't close properly, which caused a few inconveniences. While the kitchenette included a kettle and a toaster, there really wasn't much space for preparing meals. On a positive note, the beds were very comfortable, although the sofa bed left something to be desired. The pool area was delightful, and what truly set the hotel apart was its location—just a two-minute walk to the stunning Playa de Muro beach.

This hotel was absolutely fantastic! Not only were the beds super comfy and the rooms really nice, but the staff was what really made our stay unforgettable. Everyone, from the reception team to the cleaning staff, was so friendly and helpful. We stayed in Lago Park 1, which is one of the two buildings the hotel is separated into. Lago Park 1 had a more modern design throughout, which we really enjoyed. A special shoutout to Antonio the bartender, who whipped up an amazing cocktail ( Blue Lagoon) and even helped me with my Spanish! Also, Fabio the lifeguard and Jasmine and Lorena in the restaurant were awesome. Jasmine was especially amazing, helping us out with my daughter's coeliac allergy. They have an unlimited brunch offer, which was very good value. We only ate there once, but they had a lot of choice and all the staff went above and beyond to make sure our visit was enjoyable and stress-free. The gorgeous beach was just a quick walk away, and there were some great bars and restaurants nearby too. Overall, I'd totally recommend this hotel - it's got everything you need for an amazing vacation, especially with such incredible staff!

Antonio’s cocktails are next level—creative, delicious, and made with real care. He truly made our poolside experience unforgettable. The pool area is beautiful and relaxing, and the hotel staff were all friendly and attentive. Our bedrooms were top notch and the bathroom was stunning. Can’t wait to come back next time.

Most gorgeous place, interior so fab very modern. Adult and family friendly. Quiet place, relaxing by the pool no noise from kids. Kids club on premises. Very friendly staff and very good with children. Housekeeping 1010 had our room spotless very day and plenty of supplies. Kitchen well kitted out has everything you would need. 2 minute walk from beach. Very reasonably priced. But our standout was the amazing bar and food service. By far the nicest, tastiest cocktails we have ever had, had everything tried on the menu by the end of the week, could t help ourselves, the nicest most friendly bar tender Antonio made our experience. 11/10 Very talented, nicest cocktails we have ever had, he gave brilliant recommendations. If you are staying in HSM Lago park you must try one of Antonio’s amazing cocktails, we didn’t leave the accomodation to go to another other bar or restaurant because the food, drinks and service was so lazing at HSM. We would go back to HSM Lago park in the morning and it will definitely be our Summer 2026 destination
