- Was given just classic room instead of superior room (which was paid 30$ more), asked reception women for higher floor, she said no rooms.
However after we call management she found a better room on 3rd floor, I can’t understand such attitude.
- For spa zone needs swimming cap, which can be given for free, but they asked money for it, bad experience.
Others experiences was just excellent!

The hotel is basic. The receptionist gave us the minimum of information about the facilities. You pay extra for towels and bath robes. The restaurant is not worth a visit, poor food choices. You can order a bottle of wine but not a glass with your dinner. As for the swimming pools, it’s a definite no go. Dirty , noisy and certainly not a relaxing experience. Had a drink in the Salon, service was good but the toilets were filthy. This experience is for the older generation 65++ . Not for young couples, keep away. There is nicer elsewhere.

We have been members of Archena for many years it never ever disappoints This time we stayed at levante we try to alternate between levante and thermas. The service at the customer desk is incredible a smile and all the information you need. This time we would love to mention Sebastian and Zaira down at the thermal treatments in thermas hotel They were excellent A smile (even at 8.30am) a beautiful and relaxing Archena massage and all with great customer service Honestly it never disappoints The only negative aspect is that we go to Archena to relax we are teachers and we find it quite distressing in the spa pool with kids screaming and jumping and total mayhem at times I wish they could have another town or area because if it’s sold as a relaxing place it can be quite far from it when sometimes you have other peoples kids jumping screaming and misbehaving in an area where it is sold as a relaxing and calming experience .

Room was fairly small. Air con would not work and when reported to reception was told air con was switched off in the winter (it was 30 degrees) but having since read other reviews it appears there has been the same complaint/problem all year. it was really warm in the room even with the window wide open. The dressing gowns supplied were a grubby dirty white and very thin and small compared to gowns from other hotels. The shower was very difficult to switch from shower to bath and visa versa. The car park is quite a walk away and is charged at 8€ a day. The thermal bath is ok but crowded and they want you to pay 5€(Non returnable) for a small padlock which is 60 cents in my local shop ( I live in spain). Booked for two nights but left early and they tried to charge me two days parking until challenged. Would not return

We stayed in a pleasant and quiet room at the hotel, had a generous breakfast in the building opposite and spent the afternoon swimming and lazing in the thermal pools after driving through the beautiful Valle de Ricote. The whole place has a slightly old world feel to it which we enjoyed. The staff very kindly sent me my reading glasses which I had left in the bedroom. I would stay there again.

Минеральная вода очень приятная в бассейнах, вежливый персонал, много лежаков и зонтиков, вкусные обеды Из минусов- сделали ремонт в саунах, забили все окна, теперь не видно прекрасных гор, дизайн не удачный Убрали русскую сауну, заменили на соляную еле теплую 😂😂😂

Este hotel no es de cuatro estrellas.... casi ni de tres. No ofrece un salón con televisión ( no funciona y no saben porqué), no tiene ningún aliciente.... 212 euros la habitación doble, sólo alojamiento!! LAS TERMAS!!!!! MASIFICADÍSIMAS Y POCO CUIDADAS!!!! Niños y bebés todo el día compartiendo las piscinas con los adultos, gritos, gente mal educada sin normas que indiquen respetar a los demás....No se puede esperar relax en este sitio .Para las taquillas, un candadito,5 euros. Si pides en el hotel el segundo día un albornoz seco, porque no se ha secado durante la noche, 2 euros. En la habitación. ni un hervidor...

Los servicios del SPA muy buenos, la unica pega es que hay muchos niños siempre y pienso que lo de "relajarse" no se cumple ya que compartes la piscina con muchos niños, chillando y saltando al agua, jugando en los servicios de masaje.. Creo que si eres padre y lleva tus hijos deberias tener en cuenta, aunque el espacio tambien deberia tomar medidas acerca de eso para mejorar la experiencia. Otra pega es el atencion al cliente via telefonica, malisima, no te dan las informaciones correctas y reservando en paginas como booking no hay especificaciones de cuando hay algun espacio cerrado por mantenimiento. Una funcionaria del Hotel Levante no nos informo bien lo del parking y por poco no lo hemos pagado duplicado. Alli en el balneario el personal de limpieza, socorriras muy atento a todo.
