Such a terrible place and the manager is rude and not helpful at all. They did not allow us to check in saying that we only allow one male with one female. Despite the explanations we provided and notified that we are a family and one of us is taking an internation flight in few hours, they did not talk to us nicely. As well as the manager declined to give the reason in return or provided any refund or cancellation assistance. The manager kept on asking for us to have a same surname in order to prove that we are a family. If they had such restrictions then it should have mentioned in the booking itself and should be restricted to book for a family like ours which had 2 males and one female. Thank you so much in advance.

Service is good. Staffs are very much attentive. And they knows to take care of the guests requirement and need. Specially want to mention a name of one of their staff mr. Imran. Superb service bu him. Attends every guest and take care of the needs of every guest. Voluntarily will knock and ask about tea coffee in the morning. Dinner at night. One call u need to give and he will be in front of u in no time to attend your request.

Rooms not good enough. Old looking hotel. Washrooms not up to the mark. One night's stay may be manageable

Very worst experience. Cockroach, various insects, dirty rooms, bad environment around balcony. Very terrible experience. Don't go this hotel

Hotel reception person manager and all were good well service, maintainaince required are seen in washroom area intercom m landline to be maintained please make assure that ott platform will be given by all ranges of packages. Services was good but please provide good response for breakfast which was paid by customer by additional charge not complimentary without any demand of customer. Overall experience was good.
