The hotel’s restaurant staff was very lazy slow and unprofessional. The room pricing were changing so quickly and increasing so fast when we wanted to book for another day! Other than that, everything was good!

My recent leisure escape to " The Resort " was pure bliss. Lush landscapes, sparkling pool, and charming architecture painted a breathtaking backdrop. But what truly stole the show was the service, especially from Shubhangi. When a room hiccup arose, Shubhangi swooped in with a smile and an even better alternative, ensuring my vacation started smoothly. Throughout my stay, her helpfulness and warmth shone through. I regularly visit this hotel with my dad, the staff here is homely and allways makes it a point to take very good care. Chef Ajay, Chef Sakil will allways visit us and give us personal attention. We specially come to eat mutton dishes by Chef Vjnayak and Kheer by Chef Amey. ***ager Suyog , Mr Semin and the team is very welcomming. The lounge area is amazing with a lovely view of the pool. We have never been dissapointed whenever we visited. Allways encountered the best of hospitality and food. Highly Recommended !

We celebrated our first anniversary here and the whole experience is amazing. The rooms are great, we wanted the sea view so that was beautiful to wake up to. The property is very beautiful and had a lot of options to entertain yourself with the phone/television. The pool.. the gardens with their swings and everything.. the spa is great (their deep tissue couples massage is wonderful)... Beach access is great.. you can cycle around the property (they give you cycles here).. you can play cricket/TT/carrom/etc... so much to play and relax... Let's come to the most important.. THE FOOD.. it's is delicious.. although I wish there was more seafood in the buffets.. The service is great.. special mention Priyotosh was amazing during our breakfast time.. polite and helpful.. All in all.. it was a verryyyy pleasant experience.. Thank you to the property & the whole team ❤️

Excellent service provided by Yashwini, Kajal , Malini and Me Devendra from housekeeping. The resort is a one stop place for all types of travelers. Impressed with the food provided for dinner and breakfast. Great activities for kids throughout the day

Everything was excellent from the checkin till checkout service was excellent by yashvini and their team our need was taken care on the priority and also we opt for the room decor it was the anniversary and really appreciate the housekeeping staff Devendra and Sunil for the best room decoration thankyou team
