In general for the money spent a good hotel. Would definitely come again.

Excellent location. The breakfast spread has improved but I still miss the good old days with hot and fresh parathas being served in the mornings. The hotel is going through some renovation but overall a great stay. Just one complaint - I have had to wait past 2 pm, having arrived at 11 am for check in as the rooms were not ready. Got I little impatient at 2 pm because I saw others who came after me but they had already been allocated their keys. I was with a young child and landed on an early flight hoping for an early check in. We then ventured off for a massage nearby hoping that our room would be ready in time by 2 pm (official check in time). However, it wasn’t ready until 2:30 pm and therefore I will not give full marks for the service.

The room was comfortable and pillows luxurious. The cleaning team Mahendra, Sunil, Kram, Sachin, Ansel, and Herman were courteous and very efficient. They kept the room and ensuite sparklingly clean and fragrant. Breakfast was sumptuous with a wide choice of Indian and Australian dishes including pastries. The reception staff, security and Sanchit always went out their way to help to make my stay enjoyable. Being next door to the dentist and across the road from SORIN the beauty and spa was an added bonus. Haircut, massages and facials to have a fully rejuvenated experience.

Stayed at Bawa Suits for Three weeks this time and for Two weeks last May so a total of 5 weeks. Had an amazing wonderful stay from Management all the way down to room service and cleaners amazing service they will bend backwards to make your stay stress free relaxed and anything and everything you ask for nothing is a problem they will do everything in their power to make sure you are happy and comfortable Then there is Zante restaurant and Caffe can not recommend it enough. Beautiful food amazing service from the Chefs to the waiters to the bartender again there is nothing they won’t do make your experience one you will cherish There is some people I just have to thank and mention because they really made my stay unforgettable Thank you Sam Bhumi Ashish. LA big thank you to all the wonderful staff at Bawa Suites, nothing was too much trouble for them. I will becoming back to stay when I return next year. I wish I could personally name everyone as they were all kind and helpful. The room was serviced daily by Sarwan, Ansel, Deepak, Dovcu, Sanchin, Mahandra and Sunil who, ***** with the kitchen (Devram and Sagar), restaurant and foyer staff were respectful and considerate, always going above and beyond to make our stay the best it could be.

I have really enjoyed my stay at Bawa Suites hotel, the rooms are very clean and the staff are very well mannered, polite and hospitable willing to offer their services any time of day and night, great job. I highly recommend this hotel with a five star rating. Extended thanks go out to staff members, barwan, Deepak, Ansel, Duvui, Sachin, Suril, and Sargit.
