이 가격에 샤워가 없다. 가격 설정에서 품질이 나쁘다. 이 질이라면 반값이 타당하다. 원래 국가 무늬가이 가격으로이 질이 타당할지도 모른다

Staff and room is okay but the corner room G8's roof was leaking. Also, although there is nothing mentioned about the restriction of couples while booking on trip.com but the hotel doesn't allow if the couple doesn't have any marriage certificate/proofs.

If you are looking for a budget-friendly stay for US VISA interview related purposes, this place is definitely a very good choice. The staff were cordial and very helpful. The room was small and compact but sufficiently clean. Washroom was small but had all basic amenities, including hot water 24x7. They provided towels and soap and you can also order food from your room (will be served within 40-50min). The stay was definitely pleasant. At the cost that they ask for the room, one should not expect 5 star treatment, but realistically speaking, the hotel is quite good otherwise. For a few days of stay for the purpose of attending visa interviews, it is definitely worth it. If you have any issue with hot water or need mineral water (on a payment basis) or if you need tea or coffee, you can ask the reception and they will help you with all your needs. Food delivery services (Zomato, Swiggy, etc.) are all available and will deliver to your room. For solo travelers (especially females), I would recommend not to move around in the locality/ area the hotel is located very late in the night for security/safety purposes. Overall, a good budget hotel for a short stay in Mumbai.

Room are okay. But toilet/washroom is pathetic, so unhygienic, taps are not working property, westren toilet cover lid is also damaged. There were no good quality towels. And no sleepers are provided by Hotel Guest Inn Residency, this is the main concern.

Calm atmosphere, nice staff, although some are lazy but overall experience was good enough. I with my three more friends had a six nights stay here and we all are very much satisfied.

very unhygienic hotel and room is full cockroaches. no recommend for family. I was supposed to rate 1 star but in that condition i have to attach pics which was not available.Bedsheets, pillow covers and blanket not cleaned.Poor housekeeping. Also the location of hotel near some garbage dumping area.
