This is a real find, the hotel room is very small but once you open the french windows out to the harbour you forget all that, it is awesome. The rooms are nice and the location is great, everything close by including the cruise terminal and the Gateway to India. Breakfast was included and very nice at the rooftop restaurant, looking at over the harbour. I would definitely recommend this hotel and the laundry service is fantastic.

We did pay for a sea facing room with balcony so I can’t comment on others but our room was perfect with wonderful views. We arrived 3 hours before the official check in but the room was ready and we were given the key straight away. The location was ideal, just 10 mins to Colaba market, Mondegar and Leopolds. If you walk by the sea wall you come to the Gateway of India and The Taj Palace within 10 mins. The staff were friendly. The rooftop terrace was first class offering breakfast, lunch and dinner in addition to cocktails which were all delicious. The views were spectacular. If I had a complaint it was that in our four day stay cleaners did not come once. I’m not one to want clean sheets and towels every day but emptying the bins and replacing toilet paper would have been good. That said I’m still giving this hotel 5 stars because it really was a lovely little find and 100% the best 2 * hotel we have ever stayed in.

Great location in Mumbai, only a few hundred yards down the road from the Taj and the Gateway to India. The rooftop bar/restaurant is absolutely fantastic looking over the sea. Staff were really helpful and very friendly - in spite of us arriving at 4am. Highly recommended

Just got back from a 3 day stay at this hotel. It is in a fantastic location, right by the Gate Way to India and the Taj. We had a sea view room, room 303, it was clean and very comfortable. The bar and restaurant are on the roof, with beautiful views and very good. Staff are very attentive and polite. Highly recommended.

Transfer from airport was efficient and reasonably priced. On arrival we were warmly greeted as, although we had never been before, we had credit from a cancelled 2020 booking! Lovely clean room with amazing view. Only issue was the aircon wasn't working so a maintenance *** spent about an hour fixing it - we didn't really need it anyway! Food on the rooftop terrace was excellent, with meals and drinks chargeable to the room. Walking distance of Gateway to India, Taj Palace Hotel, Prince of Wales museum, Leopolds etc. They even gave me some unused credit back in cash when we checked out! A great start to our trip...

The hotel is great value for money in an excellent location. We had a harbour view room which was worth the extra. The staff are very friendly and helpful and there is a lovely rooftop bar and restaurant. Thoroughly enjoyed our 4 night stay.

Nice hotel, helpful staff, clean, good AC, excellent location convenient to everything. Good breakfast on terrace overlooking the bay.

This hotel is a very good hotel. The only drawback was the front of the hotel. The staffs are very helpful. They always help us and advise us. Overall experience really good. Will surely recommend this hotel as everything is near.

The first, I must tell that this is a hotel at a third floor of a building. The hotel has also some part of fourth floor used as breakfast area and bar at the evenings. There is another hotel in the same building which is using first and second floors. Plus there is one guesthouse and one cafe other than hotels in the same building... The hotel has 15 rooms at third floor of the building. I was in the room 305 in the first night which is facing harbour with a small window. The room was very very small. It was impossible to fit a normal size bed in this small room. So, the room has small size of bed and my feet was out of the bed all night. The next day we are shifted to the room 305 which has a normal size of bad but the room is small again because the bed takes most of the place of the room. Finally, the rooms are not really large enough but very well organized and very well maintained. Bathroom is clean and shower is very good too. If you forget about this hotel is not holding all building still one of the best hotel close to Gate Of India. Location is is excellent. Very good harbour view (if reserved sea view room, walkable distance to Gate Of India and restaurants around Gate of India... Just remind the front desk to have normal bed size room if you are 180 cm or 6 feet tall or over...
