Take a 10 minute drive up to Montecollum and visit the Crystal Castle or a 20 minute drive to Minyon falls for spectacular views or a bush walk. When back at base at the Birdhouse apartment you can step out your front door and onto the Tallowood Ridge nature walk where you can take in beautiful views of the mountain, spot local wildlife and experience the local flora. You can be in the famous tourist town of Byron Bay within 25 minutes drive or at the beautiful beaches and river of Brunswick Heads within 15 minuets.
