Lovely spacious room, but could do with air conditioning. Very warm at night when we were there.

Very helpful and kind staff. Very affordable for a family of 4.

We (3 adults) arrived at the hotel after 5:00, having travelled several hours by car from France, and the reception had closed. It was very difficult trying to get checked in. First, the phone number posted on the door was reported as unassigned; so I looked up my booking and fortunately there was a number provided that worked. Unfortunately the woman who answered did not speak English. Eventually she was able to connect someone who did. I was told to look for a “safe box” at the front door… assuming the “front” is on the street side where the Hotel Leo sign is. I got locked out when I tried to look for a lock box of some kind. With the interpreter still on the phone, I walked around to the back of the building again, circling along the driveway and parked cars to where I’d entered a door from the parking lot initially. It did not feel like the “front”. Eventually I found the lock boxes and got our keys to our rooms. Our first room was terrible, on the main floor between the maintenance storage rooms and the breakfast kitchen. We assumed it was a room specifically for people with dogs. Needless to say, it was very noisy at 6:00am. However, the Receptionist was very friendly, accommodating and spoke English very well. She put us into a room on the second floor, next to our son, so that he could help us with carrying our bags up and down the stairs, etc. The room was comfortable but the noise from the parking lot in the mornings was loud, with people checking out, trucks revving engines or just loud people going out for a cigarette. We’d hoped to be able to open our windows for fresh air, as there’s no air conditioning in the hotel, but the level of noise was too much. I’d think a room on the street side might be a bit less loud, but I don’t know… it’d have traffic. The hotel is fine for a quick overnight. We stayed 4 nights, but had no other option considering we were visiting people in Mühlhausen. I do give full kudos to the woman at the front desk… her job is not an easy one but she was very friendly.

Wir haben uns während unseres Aufenthaltes sehr wohl gefühlt. Das Hotel ist familiär, es sind ausreichend Parkplätze vorhanden und die Anlage war insgesamt gepflegt. Wir können es auch aufgrund der Lage weiterempfehlen.

Wir sind mit unserem Jugend-Team samt Betreuern 4 Tage im Leo gewesen und wurden von der Buchung bis zur Abreise rundum perfekt versorgt. Die Kommunikation, der Service, das Frühstück, die Herzlichkeit und die ehrliche Fürsorge für alle Gäste mit ihren ganz persönlichen Eigenheiten und Wünschen - all das war wirklich herausragend! Wir können nur ein großes Dankeschön sagen für Alles, was in diesen Tagen und rundherum für uns gemacht wurde und wir werden sicherlich gerne wiederkommen.

Das Hotelzimmer war immer sauber wenn ich zurück kam. Frühstücksauswahl war sehr Umfangreich. Das Personal war immer Nett und Hilfsbereit.
