Bushtrackers made us have one of the best experiences. My colleagues really enjoyed and are looking forward for more business with. It was my first time booking with Bushtrackers but you guys are good and indeed know how to select the best.. Your offers are such good and affordable. If there is someone who is planning for a holiday please do with Bushtrackers. Am not a robot nor an imposter but my holiday was great bcz of Bushtrackers. Am proud of you and trust you guys once again. We toured to Sun and Sand in Kilifi weeeh the offer was amazing. Thank u. Joseph.

I booked the hotel for my friend's family who was checking in on the 15th and checking out 18th and were traveling with SGR from Nairobi to Mombasa. Because they were to arrive late we made arrangements to reserve dinner for them . Reaching the hotel they were told dinner was finished and had to buy and were on full board . The fun thing after ordering was told to pay via Mpesa and it was not Till number to the hotel but a personal payment to the waiter's pocket. Bed sheets in the rooms are from the 20th century. The management needs to check on this. If you don't look after your staff they will look after themselves It is a good hotel but you need to make sure the guests get comfort . Get what they have paid for. bed sheets are seen me through and yet the Till no for the hotel is staff mobile numbers .So after paying for the full board the family did not get their dinner and was been charged again and asked to pay attached are the messages for the Mpesa. After complaining we were told they would pay us back which never took place to now. The management team is sleeping on the job leaving loopholes for staff to milk the cow to benefit themselves

We live not far away from this hotel but needed a change from the daily life. I choose this hotel because of the wide space and the different rooms I could choose from. Two swimming pools, very friendly stuff, the food is good and varied. Rooms are clean. I will come again to relax.

Great place with Family, as I was traveling with my partner and 7 month baby, wonderful place, from front office to Housekeeping everyone given 100 ℅. Thank you for Chef Denial for delicious meal, Patrick barman supb, Jacinta server great work.

Very nice services and good facilities, staffs and foods very good.the beds environment everything in general was owesome.A place you wanna come again and again.the entertainment also was nice,games pool and Table tennis was also a nice experience

This hotel used to be very popular for workshops, I went a couple of times with my work for team buildings and enjoyed it a lot. Unfortunately, things have gone downhill since then. The beautiful adults-only infinity pool is no longer there, neither is the swim-up bar in the main pool. Although the current pool is quite deep, it was always being used for water aerobics or polo so difficult to have a quiet swim. The room was very basic, with only one chair (for a twin) and no pictures or other decor. The water in the bath was cold and there was no walk-in shower, which I requested due to my mum's mobility issues. The balcony had 2 very uncomfortable plastic chairs and a tiny plastic table. I guess soft furnishings were removed during the COVID-19 pandemic and haven't been returned. The food on the buffet was repetitive and uninspiring, with no seafood or fish apart from tuna. Unlike most other beach hotels in Mombasa, the bar didn't have a cocktail of the day or a happy hour, and the few cocktails on the menu were not well executed - no ice. We asked for bar snacks and eventually some nuts were brought on the first day, but then the next day again there was no ice in the drinks and no snacks. Service at reception was shocking, keeping arriving guests waiting for over an hour to get their rooms and unable to find the key for the luggage store when we were leaving. Overall, disappointing and I will not be back.

This was I think our fifth if not sixth trip and is always our go-to accommodation of choice. The check-in process was fast and easy and soon we were ushered up with the help of the bellhops. After changing into lighter clothes, famished, we went into the restaurant and the buffet was beyond my expectations. I was honestly spoilt for choice. I honestly looked forward to the passion and/or lemon mousse We had access to all the pools which was a lot of fun for the children. Again, the chef outdid my expectations, and the grill! That was a person after my own heart! For breakfast, the pastry spread was a sight for sore eyes. I fell in love with the croissants. For lunch on my second day, I met Chef Ali. He is the head chef who is the culinary genius. Soft-spoken and polite, Chef Ali has perfected the art of cooking. The harmony of the flavors and the serenity of the hotel itself have got me planning my next trip barely a day after my week-long stay at Sun N Sand.

This "resort" apartments are big and new but needs an update and more furniture the living room had 2 beds instead of couches and no dinning table or chairs. The first night there was not hot water and we got moved to a different room which after we showered realized the AC did not work! back to the room again all of this took 3 hrs !!. The description says 2 restaurants, one is a pool bar which has few options (did not have ice cream in 3 days) and the other one is a restaurant with buffet option ONLY!!! Towels need to be replaced (softer) and sheets are very old. Good size pool, staff did their best with what the have and can.

The receptionists are the worst type of hoteliers I have ever met, and I have met many. The check in took forever even though we were the only guests at the reception. On check out I went to clear the night before because we wanted to leave early and after paying my bills, was advised to just pass by the reception for a gate pass. Unbelievably, the following morning we were made to wait another ten minutes as the tired looking lady complained my payments were not posted. Never seen staff who abandon guests to attend to fellow staff and keep gossiping in front of guests! Response to complaints is zero. One of our rooms had AC and bathroom flooding issues. We kept going back to report. Even after 5 nights, nobody appeared, F&B was excellent and their entertainment was good. But for issues with reception. not going back...
