Welcome to Blue Ridge Vista, high atop the town of Seven Devils. This home offers amazing views of the surrounding mountains and includes a new hot tub! Spread over four levels, this home has something for everyone. The two middle levels both offer wrap-around decks for full viewing pleasure while the lowest level offers an outdoor patio area and the upper level offers a private balcony. Off the main-level deck, enjoy a gas fire table in the evenings while watching the sunset. The upper level holds two bedrooms, one with a king bed, a TV, and a private balcony. The other bedroom has a full sized bed and these rooms share a hallway bathroom. On the main level is a full kitchen and living room with a gas fireplace and HD TV. Enjoy dining with a view from the large window in the dining area. Situated on this floor is one queen bedroom and one full bath. The first lower level has another cozy living room with a beautiful stone wood burning fireplace and HD TV. This floor is also equipped with a kitchenette, pool table, and a queen bedroom with an attached bathroom. The second lower level includes a bunk room with 4 twin bunk beds, a TV, and a shared full bathroom. ​​​​​​​Additional Notes: - This home is pet friendly with a $25 fee per pet, per day. Up to 2 mature, well-trained dogs that are under 40 pounds are allowed. Pets other than dogs are not allowed. - Firewood may be added at the time of booking or by reaching out to us more than a week in advance. You receive two wrapped bundles and a firestarter for $25/night. - Due to the elevation, the Town of Seven Devils requires that all visitors from November-April come prepared with 4WD or AWD, and during inclement weather chains may be required. - All BRMR homes offer well stocked kitchens with all utensils needed to cook meals. There is also a "starter set" of paper products at the house: a roll of toilet paper per bath, a couple garbage bags, a small vial of dishwashing liquid, a few tablets of dishwasher detergent, some laundry pods, a roll of paper towels, hand soap, shampoo, conditioner, body wash, and some makeup remover cloths. There are enough of these items for one night, or maybe two. We do not provide hair dryers. Towels and linens will be provided for you. - Please observe a quiet hour of 10PM as there are full time residents nearby. - Check in is after 4pm and Checkout is by 10am - Must electronically sign an additional Rental Agreement Terms and Conditions and any Neighborhood Rules sent by Host (property manager) or entry information cannot be sent. - Must be at least 25 years old to reserve. This person is required to be the person signing the agreement and must be one of the persons staying in the property for the reserved dates. - No smoking inside the home. No trace of smoking left outside the home. - Do not leave food or trash outside as it could attract animals. All trash must be bagged and placed in the trash receptacle indicated in the Welcome Book inside the house or your digital guidebook. - No parties or gatherings above the posted occupancy allowed at any time. Keep outside noise respectable. - 4WD/AWD and/or chains recommended during winter (Nov-March) for all homes. Travelers visiting during the winter months where inclement weather may be possible should come prepared with an AWD or 4WD vehicle, and chains may also be required if it snows. No refunds, allowances, or date changes will be given to travelers who are not prepared with the proper vehicle, as outlined in the Rental Agreement.Bookings canceled 30+ days before arrival will receive a refund of the deposit. Bookings canceled between 15-29 days before arrival will receive a refund of half of the deposit. Bookings canceled within 14 days of arrival are not entitled to a refund unless the reservation dates are rebooked to another guest. By booking your rental of the Property with Vacasa, you acknowledge that you have read and understand, and agree to be bound by, all terms, conditions, and policies in this Agreement, including any Unit-Specific Terms (collectively, the “Terms”). Unit-Specific Terms. Certain jurisdictions, resorts, and specific homes require renters to agree to additional terms and conditions (“Unit-Specific Terms”). Unit-Specific Terms, if any, are set forth in the online listing of a Unit and are incorporated herein. The “Minimum Age” to rent the Property is the age specified in any Unit-Specific Terms. If no age is specified in the Unit-Specific Terms, the Minimum Age is 25 years of age (or the minimum age required by law in the jurisdiction where the Property is located, if different). You agree to provide us with proof of age upon request. A parent or legal guardian must accompany all guests who are under the Minimum Age for the entire duration of the rental. B. Responsible Renter. As the Renter, you agree to be an occupant of the Property for the entire duration of the rental. All other occupants will be family members, friends, other responsible adults over the Minimum Age, or accompanied by a parent or legal guardian. You agree to be solely responsible for your actions and the actions of all family members, guests, and invitees (collectively, “Occupants”) present at the Property at any time during your stay, and to ensure that all Occupants understand and comply with the Terms. C. Good Neighbor Policy. Because the Property is a privately owned home, all Occupants must comply with this good neighbor policy. You agree to abide by the rules of the community association where the Property is located. Please treat the Property with the same care you would use with your own residence and leave it in the same condition it was in when you arrived. To prevent theft of or damage to furnishings or your personal property, you agree to close and lock doors and windows when you are not present at the Property and upon check-out. You and other Occupants agree to conduct yourselves throughout your stay in a manner that is respectful of and not disruptive to neighbors, traffic flow, or the community and that will not prompt complaints to Vacasa from police, neighbors, or neighborhood or homeowner associations. Noise audible outside the Property is prohibited between 10 p.m. and 8 a.m. Most homeowner associations prohibit parking of vans, trucks, motor homes, other recreational vehicles, boats and trailers. You and other Occupants agree to abide by all applicable parking restrictions and limitations. D. Maximum Occupancy. The number of people present at the Property may not exceed the maximum posted occupancy unless we have given you advance written permission to hold an event at the Property, in which case the number of people present at the Property may not exceed the maximum number of people authorized by Vacasa. E. No Smoking. No smoking or vaping is permitted at the Property (including porches, decks or outdoor areas) at any time. F. No Permanent Residence. You agree that your use of the Property is on a temporary and transient basis only; that you may not use the Property as a permanent residence; and that your permanent residence is and will remain elsewhere than at the Property. G. Animals. No animals or pets of any kind are permitted at the Property except (1) as specifically authorized in your reservation, or (2) bona fide service animals that we are required by law to allow. Emotional support animals are not permitted except as authorized pets. You agree that a prohibition on animals is not a guarantee that an animal has not been inside the Property or that the Property is free of animal or pet allergens. H. Events and Commercial Photography; Structures; Charcoal Grills. Events and commercial photography or filming are prohibited at the Property without our express written permission. (If approved, additional conditions and fees may apply.) No tents or other structures may be erected on the property without our express written permission. The use of charcoal grills is not permitted. I. Criminal Activity Prohibited. Use of the Property for any criminal activity is prohibited and may result in fines, prosecution, and/or your immediate removal from the Property. This prohibition extends to use of the Property’s internet service, if any, for criminal activity, including but not limited to unlawful downloads of copyrighted material, including movies, music, software, or other material.
