The hotel is great but there was no air conditioner when we stayed , but the view and the hotel is beautiful .

나는 최근에 2 박 동안 여기에 머물렀고 모든 것이 환상적이었습니다. 아파트는 Google 지도를 사용하여 찾기 쉬웠고 정문과 가까운 무료 주차장을 편리하게 제공합니다. 주인은 매우 도움이되었고 심지어 우리 짐을 우리 방으로 가져 오는 것을 도왔으므로 도착을 훨씬 쉽게 만들었습니다. 아파트는 깨끗했고 침대는 매우 편안했으며 시설이 잘 갖추어져 있어 매우 편안한 숙박을 할 수 있었습니다. 나는 훌륭한 경험을 찾는 사람에게이 장소를 강력히 추천합니다.

Возникла необходимость посетить Бурсу, и при поиске отеля для нас были важны цена и сервис. Поэтому выбрали данный отель. При заезде приятно удивили комфортные апартаменты, отзывчивые менеджеры, особая благодарность мистеру Тарику. Также было удобно, что менеджеры разговаривают на английском.

Das Hotel befindet sich fußläufig in etwa 30 min Entfernung zur großen Moschee (Ulu Camii), Bus zum Bus-Terminal (für die Anreise aus Istanbul) sind es mit dem Auto lediglich ca 15min. Das Hotel punktet durch das besonders freundliche und zuvorkommende Personal, tollem Frühstück, sauberen Zimmern mit moderner Ausstattung. Vom Feeling her ist es für mich eher ein 3 Sterne Superior oder 4 Sterne Hotel. Zu bemängeln: Die Tapete in meinem Zimmer war an einer kleinen Stelle aufgerissen, und die Fenster konnte man nicht dicht schließen, was dazu führte dass etwas Lärm von den Straßen (vorbeifahrende Autos) zu hören war. Für solche Fälle habe ich gerne Ohrstöpsel/Kopfhörer dabei. Trotzdem würde ich das Hotel aufgrund des Preis Leistungs Verhältnisses und der guten Lage immer wieder gerne buchen.

I was greeted with a very warm welcome by the receptionist Isilay, she was also very helpful in giving any advice I needed. The hotel itself was perfectly located near the Grand Bazaar, Grand Mosque and loads of places to eat nearby. I had a very comfortable stay and would definitely consider staying here again in the future. Great value for the money I paid

I arrived early on a rainy day expecting to leave my luggage and return at check-in. I was given a room right away by the receptionist and was surprised what a wonderful room it was. Recently redecorated with all i needed. Over the time spent here the staff were very hospitable and made for a comfortable stay. Well done.

First visit to Bursa. Had a pleasant and comfortable stay at this hotel with my sister. We stayed for 3 nights.  The hotel has 2 elevators so accessing our room on the 3rd floor was convenient.  Room was quiet according peaceful ambience for a good night rest. Basic amenities were provided such as kettle and tea sachets but no coffee )):  Hotel is located within 5 minutes walk to Bursa Grand Mosque and 6 minutes walk to Koza Han. The Green Tomb is about 20 minutes walk. We had daily breakfast in the hotel. The breakfast spread is fairly good. Unfortunately only Turkish tea and fruit juice were available. Suggest the hotel to consider offering coffee at breakfast.  Across the hotel lobby entrance are 2 delicious small family operated cafes. The Canli cafe serves delicious Pide and Simit. And Kebapci Kamil Usta serves delicious Turkish home made menus.  Recommend the Bursa Palas hotel  when visiting Bursa.

Overall it was fine for the price, but when I checked it, the WiFi didn’t work. They said it would be fixed in 2 hours. Then I asked them again and they promised to get it fixed by the evening. But the next morning it still didn’t work, which affected my work and I had to move to another hotel without any refund for the rest of the stay. Also, in the bathroom the shower was leaking and the floor was wet. Staff looked nice and friendly, but giving the false information about WiFi isn’t nice at all.

호텔은 도시의 중심부에 위치한 3 성급 호텔로 교통이 편리합니다. 매우 충성스러운 직원, 젊은 관리자는 방을 바꿀 때까지 모든 요청에 긍정적으로 응답합니다. 처음에는 방이 별로 없었고 단점이 있었고 다음날 모든 것이 수정되었습니다. 음식은 아침 식사로 표준이며 배고프지 않을 것입니다. 근처에는 맛과 비용에 관계없이 많은 카페가 있습니다.
