I also appreciated the quiet atmosphere and the excellent Wi-Fi connection, making it ideal for both leisure and work. What truly sets this hotel apart is the level of hospitality. Every team member went above and beyond to ensure I had a pleasant stay — from recommending local attractions to assisting with transportation. I stayed at Kusum Airport Hotel, Kathmandu 🇳🇵 for 3 nights (April 1st – April 4th), and overall it was a really good experience. The location is very convenient, especially for travelers since it’s close to the airport ✈️. The room was clean, comfortable, and perfect to relax after a long day. What I enjoyed the most was the food — very tasty and satisfying, definitely something I looked forward to every day. A very special thanks to Sachin Thapa 👏 He was honestly one of the best parts of my stay. Always welcoming with a smile, very respectful, and gave excellent service every time. He made sure everything was smooth and comfortable, and his positive attitude really stood out. Staff like him make a place feel more than just a hotel. The only thing that needs improvement is the bathroom, which wasn’t up to the same standard as the rest of the hotel. Other than that, everything else was great — good service, nice atmosphere, and a comfortable stay overall. I would definitely recommend this hotel to anyone visiting Kathmandu, especially if you want a convenient location and good food 👍

Excellent emplacement en plein coeur de Thamel, très bon rapport qualité-prix et vue magnifique sur les montagnes de Katmandou et la ville depuis le roof top. En revanche, il y avait deux cafards dans la chambre, qui était relativement propre toutefois (mais pas impeccable)
