'Incredible service and hospitality. Everyone was very friendly and helpful.
My room was bright and clean and comfortable. I needed a quiet room and the manager, Manglesh, was incredibly accommodating.
Every day he made sure I was comfortable and had everything I needed.
Breakfast is great with lots of options, including fresh fruit. The servers were all friendly and helpful especially Aman who was great at remembering my order. 
I also had lunch at the restaurant and the customer service was just incredible. Aman and the manager took really great care of me. 
The staff at the front desk and the housekeeping were also wonderfully helpful. (As a woman traveling alone, I am always quite pleased when there is a woman who can help me too. Many thanks to Kiran for her cheerful service.) The GM was available too and kindly willing to helpu if I needed anything.

It is a great hotel with a great location (right next to Parmarth Ashram and very near the Beatles ashram) and the staff make the experience truly wonderful.'

리리뷰어it was good stay with great ambience, but there is no room service for tea even for water as well. you have to fill your water bottle from water cooler which they doesn't have on every floor.
Not good for elders, toddler and pregnant lady as you have to mount a clif which is very difficult. sufficient bulb/light was not in the room.
value for money.
they provide bike and rafting services in reasonable price.
management is professional
spectacular room is at 4th floor, It has good view but you have to walk to 50 stairs to reach.

리리뷰어Recently stayed in this hotel and found all the things up to the mark, location is the best USP of this hotel, found very easily and, staff were courteous, room and washroom both were neat and clean, amazing and aesthetically pleasing roof top cafe..overall experience was great will definitely going to book this hotel again whenever travelling to Rishikesh 😊

리리뷰어Location: next to laxman jhula (which is not operational) and right across the river from trimbakeshwar temple. The temple is well lit which is a beautiful sight at night from all rooms. How to reach: you can easily get a sharing auto from all major spots like nepali farm, ram jhula, triveni ghat etc. Which will drop you on main road. If you have heavy luggage, take a personal auto/scooty and go further down the main road. This route is longer but accessible by vehicles. If you have light luggage, take the market road. Market road has stairs but is a shorter route (5-7 mins walk, full of cafes and shops. From the hotel's main gate if you go right, you'll reach sai ghat in 3-4 mins. If you go left t you'll reach laxman jhula market which ultimately leads to the main road. Room: i booked a standard room. It wasn't fancy but just sufficient for 2 people with minimal luggage. View was breathtaking. I saw their other rooms too and they were even more gorgeous! food: the in-house restaurant food was good. We tried egg fried rice, sandwich, paratha, chai in room service, didn't visit the restaurant. Quantities can be a lot so check before ordering. Other services: they offer spa services in hotel ishan which is adjacent to kunwar residency (both hotels are a part of salvus. They also helped us book a rafting service which asked for 620 per person for 12km stretch and settled for 450 per person. But the experience wasn't great, so wouldn't recommend. Staff: we were attended by tarun who was a very pleasant, friendly and helpful person. He offered to keep our luggage in hotel premises after we checked out as our return bus was at midnight. He also arranged to drop us at main road auto stand at night which was pretty helpful.

리리뷰어나는이 호텔에 매우 즐겁게 놀랐습니다. 직원들은 매우 도움이되었고 방은 넓고 깨끗했으며 정말 편안한 침대, 온수 샤워, 방의 아름다운 터치, 공용 공간은 잘 관리되고 사랑 스럽습니다. 그들은 내가 사용하지 않은 사이트에 스파가 있지만 내 친구가했고 훌륭하다고 말했습니다. 전체 경험은 훌륭했습니다. 위치는 Tapovan의 가장자리에 약간 실망했지만 전혀 문제가되지 않은 도보로 10 분 밖에 걸리지 않았으며 호텔은 당신이 돌아 다니는 데 도움이되었습니다. 나는 확실히 추천하고 다시 여기에 머물 것이다. 감사합니다 YogVed 🙏🏼

Overall, it was a mediocre experience, so I’d rate it 3 out of 5. Could be better with improved service.

리리뷰어Excellent stay on the outskirts of Rishikesh. The resort has a wonderful mountain view with huel river at the front. Staff and service is beyond par.
They even brought us a complimentary cake for our child's birthday. Overall a must visit. Best to book on weekdays when the crowd is less and the ambience is calm. Totally recommend for family and couples
