Leaving this review in English to help out the foreign folks. I travelled from Singapore and absolutely got amazed by the su xin homestay. The place is a mix of excellent staff service and homestay quality. You will be welcomed by the down to earth homestay owner and the friendly homestay staffs(+ cat staff). He gives a hearty welcome to every single guest to make sure that you are well taken care of, regardless like about service or food provision. When possible, he offers you a proper intro of the place. If you need any help or travelling advice, reach out him. Not forgetting to mention, the chef is great! I love the local potatoes and eggs and other fresh ingredients procured locally.It is also of prime location, within minutes away from food and amenities in town but you get to enjoy the tranquil and simple beauty of nature. All the rooms have floor to ceiling windows, direct view into the amazing greenery. I stayed in the room with skylight where I got to star gaze late at night while lying on my bed. It’s abit chill at this time of the year but you can also walk down slope from the homestay and enjoy the night stars while standing beside the small river! The river is just walking distance. In the courtyard，covered with tulips and resting corners to sunbath and enjoying the scenery with tea. I’m lucky and got to enjoy the afternoon with awesome weather, clear skies! The homestay is also growing fruits and vegetables for their own consumption. Adding on about the prime location, from the homestay to Narati sky grassland entrance and tourist centre is just within minutes drive. You can enjoy the homestay breakfast buffet and place orders for dinner when you return from the grassland. Hope you enjoy as much as I did!

드디어 놀라운 가성비의 숨겨진 보석 같은 게스트하우스를 찾았습니다! 별 다섯 개 만점입니다! 위치는 정말 환상적이에요. 아름다운 관광지 입구에서 도보로 단 5분 거리인데다, 번잡한 도심 속에서 고요한 오아시스 같은 곳이라 특히 밤에는 더욱 평화롭습니다. 주인분의 세심한 서비스는 정말 최고였고, 숙소는 흠잡을 데 없이 깨끗하고 모든 편의시설이 완비되어 있으며, 스마트 홈 기술까지 완벽하게 갖춰져 있어요. 따뜻한 느낌의 원목 인테리어에, 깨끗하고 깔끔한 청결함, 그리고 스마트 홈 기능 덕분에 마음이 편안해졌습니다. 시설도 새것이고 주변 환경도 아름다워서 마치 집에 온 것 같은 편안함을 느꼈어요. 다음에는 꼭 더 오래 머물고 싶습니다!

나는 Nalati로 여행을 가서 매우 만족스러운 홈스테이를 찾았습니다. 전반적인 경험은 완벽합니다! 홈스테이 마당은 깨끗하고 깔끔하며 분위기는 여유롭고 치유됩니다. 마당에는 부드러운 토끼가 있습니다. 여가 시간에 토끼는 특히 편안합니다. 가장 큰 하이라이트는 전망입니다. 안뜰에 서서 녹색 초원 전체를 내려다 볼 수 있습니다. 날라티 산의 경치를 마주하고 녹색으로 가득 찬 영화를 만들 수 있습니다. 사장님은 성실하고 배려심이 많으십니다. 그는 어떤 요구 사항이 있으면 열정적으로 도움을 줄 것입니다. 직접 만든 현지 가정식 요리는 향이 가득하고 맛이 정통합니다. 풍경, 서비스, 식사는 모두 완벽하며 여행과 숙박을위한 첫 번째 선택이며 Nalati에 오는 친구들에게 적극 권장됩니다!

정말 환상적인 경험이었어요! 우선 분위기와 디자인이 최고였고, 예술적인 감각이 돋보였습니다. 다음으로, 서비스가 훌륭했어요. 주차부터 짐 운반, 체크인까지 직원들이 직접 객실까지 안내해주고 설명도 해주었습니다. 단체 채팅방에 요청 사항을 남겨도 신속하게 응답해 주었고요. 객실에는 에비앙 생수와 록시땅 세면도구가 비치되어 있어 세심한 배려가 느껴졌습니다. 호텔에서는 전통 무형문화유산 탁본도 제공하는데, 저는 연로하신 친척분들을 모시고 가서 체험해 드렸습니다. 맛있는 애프터눈 티와 커피도 즐길 수 있었는데, 어머니께는 호탄 로즈 라떼와 알라티 라즈베리 아메리카노를 드셔보시라고 드렸더니 둘 다 아주 맛있다고 하더군요. 하지만 아침 식사는 특별히 칭찬하고 싶습니다. 제가 여행하면서 먹어본 어떤 5성급 호텔 아침 식사보다도 훌륭했어요. 전에는 아침 메뉴를 고르느라 고민했는데, 여기서는 모든 메뉴를 다 먹어보고 싶을 정도였습니다! 친구들에게 꼭 추천하고 싶어요. 알라티에서 쿨드닝으로 가실 때는 바오케 구간 도로를 꼭 이용해 보세요. 경치가 정말 아름답습니다. 나는 해질녘에 그곳을 차로 지나갔는데, 굽이굽이마다 아름다운 풍경이 펼쳐졌다.

This is a great hotel. The rooms are nice and clean. The hotel doesn’t smell like cigarette smoke like many hotels, based on my experience, in China do. The only issue that I experienced with this hotel is the dryer in their laundry facility takes too long to dry clothes. It took over 3 hours for my clothes to dry in the dryer. I did laundry at night and it affected the time I went to bed. I did not expect this to be an issue. I expected my clothes to be dry within an hour, like many dryers are capable of doing. I did not get much sleep here because of this issue. I strongly suggest that the hotel gets dryers that dry clothes faster to improve the guest experience. I also recommend that they include English instructions on how to use the washing machine and dryer as well.

Absolutely loved the stay. The location is perfect - its quiet but near to some really good restaraunts - the view from the rooftop of the grasslands and the mountains were really stunning. Cleanliness and housekeeping was really up to our standard which was a huge relief considering weve been travelling around China and didnt get much of this . We wish we could stay there longer, it was absolutely a dream. The food from the restaraunt was also really really yummy and super hearty. Especially the la zi ji Finally, the cherry on top of the cake, the warmth and hospitality that we received from the staff. They were always ready to help, went above and beyond what was expected and that truly made the stay memorable. Honestly...kudos to the team and owner. This hotel was well built and the programme very well thought of...great hospitality and service. Please please keep this up. Madly in love with this accomodation! 😍😍😍 the view is of green hills! So peaceful and the air is so fresh! The room is extremely clean with full amenities and the water heater and aircons work well! It's a smart toilet too! There's a huge projector but honestly we spend more time just sitting at the patio looking at the serene view. Location wise, its only 5km away from Nalati ticketing center and 2km away from all the great food! Theres a mini convenience store just beside the hotel. It's easy to get a Didi to go anywhere but if you do need help, the hotel owners are always ready to help:) The hotel owners are really friendly and despite the language barrier, they did all they can to make our stay comfortable! They even went above and beyond to help us when we had trouble with our shared transport back to Yining. I highly recommend this place if you're visiting the Nalati Grassland! You won't regret it:)

먼저 로비 직원분들께 감사의 말씀을 전합니다. 훌륭한 서비스와 높은 전문성에 감탄했습니다! 호텔 시설은 새것처럼 깨끗하고, 객실은 넓고 편안하며, 특히 매트리스는 집에서 쓰는 라텍스 매트리스만큼이나 고급스러웠습니다. 로비는 넓고 다양한 책들이 비치되어 있었는데, 특히 내셔널 지오그래픽 특별판은 신장 여행에 필요한 귀중한 자료를 제공해 주었습니다. 전체적인 인테리어는 모던하면서도 우아했습니다. 객실과 공용 공간은 깨끗하고 정돈되어 있었으며, 위생 상태도 훌륭했습니다. 조식은 종류가 다양했고, 특히 현지 특선 요리가 제공되어 만족스러웠습니다!

호텔 주변 환경이 매우 아름답습니다. 원래는 주변 환경 때문에 이 호텔을 예약했어요. 이사한 후 세부적인 부분에서 많은 문제가 있을 줄은 예상하지 못했고, 이로 인해 이 호텔은 신장 여행에서 최악의 호텔이 되었습니다. 샤워를 할 만큼 뜨거운 물이 나오지 않았습니다. 거품을 다 헹구기도 전에 뜨거운 물이 다 떨어졌습니다. 샤워헤드가 세워지지 않아서 프런트에 전화해서 알리려고 했는데, 객실 내 유선전화에 전원이 들어오지 않았어요. 씨트립에 나와 있는 전화번호로 프런트에 전화를 걸어보았지만, 통화가 끊겼습니다. 결국 우리 둘은 저녁에 한 번, 아침에 한 번만 씻을 수 있었습니다. 욕실에도 심각한 냄새 문제가 있습니다. 밤에 너무 냄새가 심해서 문을 닫아두어도 여전히 냄새가 납니다.

호텔 주변 환경이 훌륭하고 경치 좋은 곳까지 차로 5분 거리라 매우 가깝습니다. 야외 수영장은 아름다워서 젊은 사람들에게 인기가 많고 사진 찍기에도 최고입니다. 주변 환경은 자연스럽고 우아하며, 창밖으로는 아름다운 산과 전원 풍경이 펼쳐져 조용하고 쾌적합니다. 객실 전체가 흠잡을 데 없이 깨끗했고, 침구류도 뽀송하고 편안했습니다. 주인과 직원들은 친절하고 세심하게 응대해 주며, 필요한 사항에 신속하게 대응해 줄 뿐만 아니라 관광 코스에 대한 유용한 정보도 제공해 줍니다. 강력 추천합니다! 다음에 꼭 다시 묵을 거예요.
