Room is very much sub standard with half of the amenities such as inside summing pool support rail is rusted, water never cleaned. Floor carpet not vacuumed. Bath tub is rusted. Very poor condition. Could not use the house at all. Looks for for support on refund.

The staff were nice and helpful. The dining staff were remarkable. The only thing is the room needed a deep cleaning. There was a used bandaid at the pool and I think I spotted black mold in the bathroom. But otherwise I enjoyed my stay and the staff were great.

The property was beautiful!! The staff made sure we were well takin care of!! Our room was decorated beautifully I felt like a queen for my Birthday!! Looking forward to coming back real soon!!

i was so excited to come, got great recommendations. but i found out that I didn't have a room when i was 20 min away!! they found a room and when i got there i saw someone's stuff all over! and finally got to my room, this took over an hour. i was quite disappointed at the size of the suite. its much smaller than it appeared on the website as well as the décor and furniture a bit old looking. rooms need to be refreshed. place was clean and good service. would not go back or recommend to go.

We recently stayed in the Champagne Tower Suite and had quite an enjoyable stay. We brought our own lysol wipes to sanatize

To start we arrived at 4:30 pm and were told our room was not ready. Check in is 3:30 pm. We went to the bar (spooner’s) and sat at the bar. We were greeted by two people playing pool. We sat for about 15 minutes and assumed one person was working and they were in the kitchen. When the cook came out front to get a drink, he looked at us and went back into the kitchen. I looked back at the man and woman playing pool and asked if there was a bartender. The woman took a deep breath and rolled her eyes and put her pool stick down, then mumbled “now he’s going to win.” Then served my husband a beer and didn’t ask what I wanted. She finally came back and I ordered a beer. A couple came and sat next to us, and when the manager walked in they told her how they were waiting for their room. I said we were waiting too and another couple said they were also waiting. The manager did take action and got us into our rooms shortly after. When we entered the Garden of Eden suite I started to jacuzzi tub so I could get a shower then relax. The bottom of the tub was filthy. There were sparkles, champagne foil wrapper and hair all through the rub. I called to ask if I could get cleaning stuff to clean my tub and the housekeeping manager came right over to clean it for us. I knew how busy they were so I really appreciated this. Everything after check in was pretty good. Very relaxing and romantic. Dinner was delicious and our server was Great! Won’t go back though.

Perfect for couples, if u want to get away with ur partner and just enjoy each other, this is the place.

This property is an oldie but goodie. It is private and clean. The staff are very kind and attentive. It is not modern and updated but it a cute place ♥️We will back !!!!

Pocono Stream is our new favorite of the three cove haven properties!!!! Clean ( gave four stars for a small amount of mold on shower nozzles but WOW pool, hot tub, and the entire room very clean. Bed and pillows super comfortable. Definitely recommend and will be our new get away spot. Cove haven is great as well but more dated, rooms have always been clean and enjoyed our stays. Pocono Palace ( my husband and I stayed at this resort and used our points, that took a very long time to earn, for a free room a few months ago was not clean with tons of black mold in the pool and hot tub was filthy.) Wrote a concern to the manager but got no reply. How disappointing. But pocono stream and cove haven highly recommend.
