There is no doubt the location is superb! However, for those less mobile, perhaps not. Not all apartments get the views (or the sun) you see on the marketing. The apartment was not clean when we arrived with dirty glasses and hairs in the bed, shower etc. Not had the fridge been cleaned properly. We used the safe at an extra cost of 2 euros per day. Beach towels required a deposit of 10 euros per towel and if you wanted to exchange for a clean towel during the stay the charge was 1 euro. The day after we arrived we paid our room charge and were not asked how everything was, so did not get the opportunity to air our concerns about the cleanliness of the apartment. This apartment was not cheap. Every night there were cockroaches in the bathroom (this may be the way it is in the canaries but thought worth mentioning in the event people do not like them). The sun left our balcony at around 16.30 each day. The pool area had lots of bird poo around the edges which was not cleaned up daily. There is no where to sit / lounge around the pool. When we left, we were not asked how everything had been. We would not stay again. I have attached some pictures to demonstrated the cleaning issues. This place is over priced and very dated.

Lovely restful retreat in the resort of Morro Jable. Close to restaurants and fantastic clean beaches. Room spacious clean and comfortable with great views over the coast. Staff extremely helpful. Only suggestion for improvement would be a ramp alongside the steps to aid movement of luggage in and out.

I stayed here for 10 days on a solo vacation and its one of my favourite places I've stayed at. If you are looking for a peaceful and relaxing getaway and like a sense of privacy then I can really recommend here. The hotel location is right on the edge of a cliff at the top and looks directly over a huge expanse of the sea. It is so relaxing sitting or sunbathing on the large balcony with this view. The apartment was nicely decorated, clean and had all facilities that I needed. The reception staff are very nice, friendly and helpful. Plenty of restaurants, convenience stores and a large supermarket nearby. I think it is a great choice for couples and solo travellers wanting a quiet place to stay. I will definitely return and was sad to leave!

Appartamento stupendo con una vista che credo non abbia nessuno! Molto pulito e fornito di tutto ciò che serve. Mi piaceva di più cucinare che fare la fila nei ristoranti.. poi con la terrazza vista mare si poteva pranzare e cenare fuori 🥰 al contrario di quanto pensavo non faceva caldo pur essendo ad agosto. Era ventilato di giorno e di sera, mattino, faceva freschetto! Negli appartamenti ci sono ventilatori a soffitto e fanno il loro dovere. Ci torneremo. Morro Jable indimenticabile

Excelentes vistas de la playa de morro, muy buena ubicación,los apartamentos recién reformados preciosos,se ven hasta los peces desde la terraza increíble... La limpieza del apartamento muy buena y la atención de la chica de recepción como en familia,gracias a ella pudimos repetir en la misma unidad que en años anteriores

Apartamento nuevo con vistas al mar muy bien equipado. Dos puntos a mejorar: poner aire acondicionado (el ventilador en el dormitorio no es suficiente para dias de intenso calor) y disponibilidad de montacargas o ayuda personal para equipajes (todos los apartamentos de las plantas distintas tienen escaleras para su acceso)
