Localização e infra-estrutura excelentes. O que deviam melhorar: 1. Restaurante: Petiscos OK, refeições fracas. 2. Serviço: Com algumas excepções, o pessoal é pouco simpático e pouco eficiente. Claramente é o ponto que deveriam melhorar.

Very nice place but unfortunately it's not as it should be for the price and what it could offer. Most of the staff don't care for the clients, and you need to ask a few times for things, also no one speaks English. The breakfast was disappointing, lots of sweet cakes but supersweet and little other options. The same fruits every day, juices without flavor except for orange juice. Horrible meat and bread quality. Other food is mediocre The swimming pool and beach are not cleaned on a regular basis, so you find trash and old plates left. The room had fridges with visible corrosion outside, and the umbrella was broken. The cleaning lady leaves the balcony unlocked. The busses don't leave every hour during the whole day but only in the morning and then every 2 hours.

The beaches are stunning. The downside is that when we were there there was no sea within reach till late morning. The dry beach was still very nice. Our room was fine in a good location not far from the restaurant and beach. It was quite comfortable, but no chairs other than on the balcony. The food wasn’t amazing. Breakfast was good, but for lunch and dinner the service was very slow and the quality a bit variable. The shuttle to the town worked well so we ate in the town one night - in the Bossa Novo which was very good.

Good room, good service. Terrible food. Kids club doesn’t work if there are only 3-4 kids. Need more schedule times in the morning for the bus. Got the smallest room and it has plenty space for a family of 4. Need to mention again: staff are amazing!

Nicely maintained space. Though the property is beachfront, its a long walk from the area of stay to the beach. Its a bit of a commute to get here from the port. The hotel has buses running, but may not be the most convenient.

Beautiful, clean, spacious, pool, food, everything was amazing. Truly a vacation getaway experience.

Well, definitely this is not a place to stay at couples!!! A lot of kids and his parents jumping into the pool, running around, messing up and every single staff is dedicated to care and play with this kids. Usually the pool is fully of people, the breakfast it’s not so tasty, and basically all the areas is completely fully of people. If you’re looking to peaceful and quiet place to stay with couple, look forward to another place.

Ótimo hotel

Hotel bom, porém com alguns pontos negativos , os quartos só abrem às portas através de chaves, sendo que os hotéis mais modernos abrem com cartão ou pulseiras. Nos restaurantes, piscinas e toda parte interna do hotel o que você consumir você tem que estar com o cartão do hotel em mãos ou foto no celular para que possam estar marcando sua consumação, outro ponto negativo são os funcionários dos restaurantes e bar da piscina totalmente mau humorados e não fazem o minimo de esforço para um bom atendimento . As comidas do restaurante da praia são bem melhores do que o restaurante principal. Pontos positivos é o espaço que o hotel oferece , um gramado lindo, uma piscina muito gostosa e aconchegante, a vantagem do pé na areia e com uma praia lindaaaaaa, um mar maravilhoso águas cristalinas e quentes. Nota 10 para os funcionários da recepção! Muito prestativos.
