Great atmosphere, the owners are lovely and really try to make everyone bound and have fun ! The pool is also a great addition. The rooms are clean and of really good value for money, considering the breakfast is included and includes fruits, cakes and sandwiches. I recommend 100% !

Very nice hostel, warm welcome and staff helpfull, cosy bedrooms, comfortable dorms, swimming pool, substantial breakfast, quiet location but a little bit out of the center. I highly recommend this hostel in this lovely island.

The hostel is very clean and offers the best breakfast. The owners and volunteers make you feel at home very quickly. All travelers, solo, groups, young, old, should go to Farofa! Morro de SP is a small island. You can walk everywhere and get to know the people from the island very easily, as well as other travelers and there is plenty of opportunity to relax and explore.

Farofa was such an amazing hostel in Morro! The best part had to be the incredible staff that works there. They went above and beyond to make us feel welcome and the energy at the hostel was always incredible and so fun. The location is a bit of a walk from the center of the town but it is beautiful and the jungle surrounding the hostel is amazing as well. We loved the pool and the breakfast was great. Can't recommend Farofa enough and thank you so much to the awesome staff :)

Farofa hostel is such a great place to stay. I felt like home for some days. This hostel is plenty of life, nice chill and partying vibe. Roberto and Livia (owners) what can I say...? Made everything perfect, with local guidance, joyful experiences and nice chats. Regina's breakfasts were breathtaking. Always surprising with some new tastes of a perfect cafe de manha. I'll definitely stay there again (hope so hahaha)

Just the best place to make friends, relax and have a wonderful time. I was only supposed to stay for two days, but I had to stay longer and enjoy the hill of São Paulo with the good friends i've met in Farofa.

This place is amazing and the staff is so welcoming! The Wi-Fi is great, the facilities are great and the breakfast is amazing! Would very much recommend to everybody that is looking for a place not to far from the center of town and where travellers really want to get to know each other and do stuff together.

What a charming and cool hostel! I expected a crazy party place and was positively surprised by the friendly staff and that it is family-owned. Made me feel like home, but with much better weather, good music, caiprinhas and a pool! I also loved the freshly cooked breakfast every morning, the house in general and how clean everything was.
