The property appeared clean and nice upon arrival. Waited 5 mins at the front desk before anyone showed up. Got checked in and to our room. Again, looked nice and clean. When you touched the counter it was sticky and the floors were greasy. Two very thin pillows, no soap or shampoo in bathrooms, towel had a worn hole I could see through. Called down to the front desk but calls went unanswered. I went down to the front desk to see if we could get soap and another pillow. Waited at the front desk for 10 mins and nobody showed up. -5 on experience.

When I first checked in, there were some issues with the room reservations but after everything got settled, I enjoyed my stay. Definitely will stay again !

Elevator wouldn’t work, no staff to assist, it is an extended stay and hallway smells of whatever folks had cooked. Would not stay there again 😕

Other guests noisy especially late at night. Unpleasant smells and floors dirty on elevator, stairwell and main level.

The location was convenient to the places I needed to visit. The staff working the day I checked out was phenomenal, however the staff person working when I checked in the first night was not so good. She seemed a little too preoccupied with personal dealings versus working. I needed additional towels and washcloths and she told me there were none, but in reality she just did not complete her work to ensure if clients needed additional they would be available. The toilet in my room would not flush and I did not even report it because I knew she would do nothing about it. Luckily I had 2 rooms so I went to the other room with family to use their facilities when needed. I will not return to this location ever.

New construction, recently opened. As extended stay property, one would expect that there were pot, pans dishes and silverware. You could buy a cookware package for $60.00. Also, you could purchase a coffee maker, but I did not inquire as to the cost. There is no carpet on the floors to deaden the sound of children jumping up and down at 10;00 pm. The front desk on only at limited times. The lobby coffee is only available from 6;00am to 12;00pm. There is also no shuttle to the nearby airport. It would help if the hotel street sign was illuminated at night.

we had a noisy neighbor in adjacent room, called front desk several times and they refused to do anything about it. limited facilities, no dining options, etc. bad experience. barely slept 3 hours.. and we stayed there last minute because of a cancelled flight home, so trip was already rough to start, just needed comfortable beds to sleep the night. no gift shop or even place to buy bottled water. poor! do not recommend!!

Nice room very spacious and big tv but...... ZERO ROOM SERVICE. you have to turn in sheets and towels at the front desk. If you dont do it before 5pm forget it cause they shut down and no one is answering the phone despite being in the office. Half the time they dont have pillow cases or fitted sheets, get a promise someone will bring them to your room but no one ever does. You also have to get an iron and turn it back in after use. No one comes in to sweep or mop. They make you take your own trash to dumpster. For the price theres no breakfast, pool or anything decent. its not worth it unless you like giving away money to subject yourself to the extra hassels with no aneminities or anything in exchange for the inconvenience. Nice hotel though

Absolutely no complaints. Clean. Comfortable. Friendly staff. Loved our stay!
