Everything about my stay was fabulous. The receptionist Hayley was super friendly, as well as all the other staff. The room was immaculate and the bed and pillows were amazing, I had a great night's sleep. I would highly recommend this hotel, and will definitely rebook if staying in Swansea, as it's in a great location.

We had a fantastic 4 night stay in the annexe in the maxima room. It was absolutely spotless and extremely comfortable. A very nice coffee machine that dispensed instant hot water was a nice touch, and the bathroom wow! A wonderfully powerful shower, bathrobes on the back of the door and luxurious fluffy towels. What more could you want? The staff were very friendly and extremely helpful even recommending places to visit which were not a disappointment. The position of the hotel is perfect with an ample car park that has electric charging. Across the road and you’re straight into Swansea’s bars and restaurants or behind the hotel across the bridge into the marina area with its bars and restaurants. It’s the perfect location for visiting the Gower peninsula and not too far is the botanical gardens too. The breakfast was outstanding and definitely worth going for. All in all an amazing stay.

A wonderful hotel ! A comfortable bed and room and lovely staff. Breakfast was amazing as was the evening meal . Easy access and within easy reach of the town centre amenities and facilities . Mandy at breakfast was super helpful as was Hayley on reception .

We had a great time once again. We are repeat visitors. We had our wedding here in 2017. We come back every year for our anniversary. The staff always remember us and look after us. Can't fault the hotel, and staff. We had a free upgrade, a couple of free drinks plus a couple of chocolate brownies in our room. They even put petals over the bed. We love staying with you. Lovely hotel, very comfortable and well equipped room. The staff were very friendly and helpful. Great central location with parking and easy to find. Impressive Bar which seemed popular. Breakfast options were good too. A comfortable stay, would recommend.

The Staff we met were exemplary. Nothing was too much trouble for them to attend to - Amy on Reception made us feel incredibly welcome. Rhys on Reception was an absolute Star; sorting out the Safe and more importantly the somewhat unusual and idiosyncratic hot and cold water supply to the bath! He patiently persevered until a safe and comfortable temperature could be achieved. Morgan in the Plimsoll Line restaurant looked after us very well. All acted with good grace and smiles despite the challenges experienced in solving the problems or delays. NB The plumbing issue of the hot water being dangerously hot and taking total priority over any cold water unless adjusted by a mere 1mm definitely needs to be resolved by a professional plumber. The building has been sensitively and considerately converted from its former use, giving it a viable future by bringing it into the 21st Century for many to enjoy. It was a pleasure to stay at Morgans Hotel and we would live to revisit at some time in the future.

Great building and very close to the centre, the marina, Dylan Thomas Centre to name but a few. Staff were very friendly and helpful. Our room was clean, tidy and comfortable. Breakfast smoke and varied. EV charging point an added bonus. Will definitely stay again

From the moment I parked The Morgans Hotel delivered everything I could ask for. Every member of staff was professional, helpful, informed and attentive with each request from the bar, breakfast room to reception. My room was spacious, clean and comfortable with lovely Molton Brown amenities, fluffy towels and a great coffee machine (with cookies). The breakfast was exemplary - perfectly poached eggs on a bed of fresh wilted spinach and a touch of smoked salmon. An absolute treat. I've tried a few hotels in the area and this is still my favourite.
