Poor quality of Hotel all inclusive,there’s to many people smoking in everywhere,they may have (non smoking signs) ,the variety of food is not so good

We were there 3 times in the past year. Spent 2 weeks there for Christmas and New Years. Went back in April. We love this resort. So relaxing and comfortable. The two beaches are amazing, one is shallow so you do not have to worry about the kids. The other is perfect for adult swimming and snorkeling. They are working on upgrading the facility, which is going to add to its charm. The entertainment is good and no too loud. The rooms are kept clean and the grounds are immaculate. But the best part of Sol is the amazing staff. They honestly treat you like family. Always greeting you with a smile and a fist pump. They honestly go above and beyond to make sure your visit is a comfortable and pleasant one. That includes the bartenders, waiters, cooks, servers, maids, entertainment staff, and grounds keepers, as well as the front desk staff. They are all fantastic. My better half, Archina (Mama as the staff call her) have already made this our second home. We miss it and can not wait to go back. Hope to see you all soon!

I'm here right now and this is my second time in Cuba in general , and I will say Sol is my new home and my go to resort ! I will 10000% be coming back with my husband. The staff is absolutely amazing and has treated us exactly like family !! Two beaches and they go on FOR EVER !! ❤️❤️❤️

Very bad experience...lack of food, drink, very outdated and small room. The only good thing is the cocktails and the staff.. I didn't like it at all, a lot of flies.. I wouldn't return .One more thing, please change the sheet. They are already traveling.. Don't be ashamed.

Last day of our 2 week stay at Sol and have to give nothing but praise. Rooms were spacious, comfy beds and very clean. Had bottle of water everyday in room and lots of towels, always stocked. Food was phenomenal, I never experienced any shortage of anything in the 2 weeks. Fresh eggs and bacon everyday, lots of fresh fruit and for dinner you always had choice of pork, beef, chicken or fish. Some nights even veal - pasta station was great as well! We skipped lunch and opted for snack bar pizzas and fries which were fantastic! No illness experienced whatsoever. Entertainment team was exceptional and always had lots going on if you were wanting activities, otherwise shows were fantastic with authentic Cuban bands. Music was not too loud and they cater to all ages. Special mention to all staff at Sol who are genuine, friendly and will go out of their way to make your vacation enjoyable and memorable! Will definitely return and I recommend to those looking for a solid, great place with a fantastic vibe and is budget friendly. Have been to Cuba over 30 times and this by far is the fav! Have stayed at newer resorts, but they don’t compare to the warmth, care and kindness experienced here.
