호텔 알라메다 센트로 히스토리코(Hotel Alameda Centro Historico)

I wrote a previous review for a different hotel and assigned it as the Hotel Alameda Centro Historico. I apologize. Hotel Alameda Centro Historico is an excellent hotel and I really enjoy staying there (three times so far). The staff are excellent and super friendly and helpful. The rooms themselves are quite nice and the beds are comfortable as well. The location is absolutely fantastic and a great place to serve as a counterpoint to everything in Morelia. It's a great place and worth the price which is really good. There is nothing to complain about from my experiences.

I will make sure to stay here when I travel to Morelia again. It was a great location because it was central to everything. I loved the fact they had tours available from the hotel. Everyone was very helpful when I asked questions. The best part was - our flight got in a few hours before check-in time and we planned to wait in the lobby for hours. We ended up waiting less than an hour and the receptionist said they were not 100% full so she was able to check us in early! I was in shock and grateful. She made sure to let me know if they would have been 100% full that would not have been able to check-in early! It was awesome and the first time I have been able to check-in early to a hotel when traveling.

This is a prime spot hotel but the noise levels are our of control. We couldnt sleep at night because there was a band playing and it seems like it was in our room. We asked to move the rooms and were accomodated but downgraded and the room was in pretty poor condition. Bathroom looked like it was from 80s and it was still noisy.

Hotel is unique, staff is friendly and helpful. Location is convenient and lots to see and do within walking distance.

The location of this hotel is perfect. The staff is awesome and very welcoming and attentive, rooms are clean, comfortable, and have great air conditioning. I will definitely stay here again.

The location was convenient for shopping, dining, tours and taking promenades. The hotel was outdated in decor, our room was noisy, food was ok Bed sheets and duvet, towels and curtains were worn out! Our room was a little dirty. Restaurant has a nice touch; lobby nice, needs more decor Michoacáno; bad idea to have Copacabana in this historic building because it’s too modern. Alameda hotel should have a very nice rustic restaurant to attract attention to tourists.

Great staff very helpful and friendly. Were were treated very well by the two bellboys Alfonso and Oscar. Also Angeles who cleaned our room was very professional and helped us. Thank you.

Very happy with our stay. Beautiful hotel and room. Staff was excellent. Location is amazing. Walking distance to many historical sites, restaurants and shops. Will definitely return to this hotel.

The hotel staff was excellent, the room was clean and checked all of our boxes. It was perfect how the hotel was right in the middle of the city.
