As well as the availability of the suite & the cleaning services schedule for same day turnovers. Please be aware that there is an additional fee for this service. This Private basement suite offers guests with one level/no slopes access with an at home feel. Where guests can enjoy relaxation, peace & comfort with friends & family 1st Bedroom: King size memory foam mattress with ADJUSTABLE base, desk, smart tv & gorgeous view of the mountain range. Also a large walk-in closet (highchair in located in here), air purifier fan, luggage rack, extra pillows/blanket & a safe located in the dresser 2nd Bedroom: Bunk beds-twin over twin & a queen size memory foam mattress. Smart tv w/NES Nintendo system over 600 old school games on it. Dresser, air purifier fan and large walk-in closet. In this closet is extra blankets/pillows, Also a Beauty Parlor! With a table and 2 beauty mirrors where makeup and hair styling can be done in comfort Kitchen: (The mountain view in the picture is a window mural. not an actual view) Enjoy a full view of the living room/tv from the kitchen seating area & the mountain range/yard view out of the windows. Fully stocked kitchen with everything you need to entertain and cook during your stay. Oven, Microwave, Air Fryer Confection Oven Combo, 18"x11" large flat counter-top electric griddle (great for pancakes/French toast) Crock pot, Electric Water Kettle, Blender, Toaster, Coffee maker, Keurig (Coffee/Tea Provided), Island, rice maker, Water filter Pitcher (in fridge), spices & all cooking/Cooking oil/Bowls, Cookware, Etc. Laundry Room: Washer & Ventless Dryer. Ironing Board & Iron. A large connect four wall game and a pin the ball on the game (See pictures) A pack and play, cornhole boards and bean bags, baby bath, Basketballs/footballs & small basketball hoop are located in here (There is a basketball court within close walking distance of the suite & can be seen from the porch) Living Room: Comfy seating area with a comfy sectional, 65" Smart tv, Electric fireplace stocked full of board games/puzzles. Pac-Man arcade Kids Play Room: With interactive wall game, animal pillows, puzzles and stand play table. Private porch and fully fenced in yard (wooden fence with wire mesh secure for even the smallest of dogs) Covered patio seating with full sectional sofa & patio string lighting, Hot Tub, swing set, gas grill, propane fire pit. Picnic style table so you and your family can enjoy the sunsets over dinner. Keep your eyes out for little bunnies, deer & squirrels running around outside. And enjoy a game of cornhole in the yard. At night the porch lights are on a timer and provide a peaceful feel while you and your family can relax the day away soaking in the hot tub Also: The upstairs is where me and my roommate are/reside. It is completely blocked off and separate/secured from the downstairs. No kids or animals stay on this level either. So the private basement suite is private, quiet and comfy. All I ask is that you kindly respect indoor and outdoor quiet hours as do we. I look forward to hosting you! Rules/Guidelines: -Quiet times 11pm-7am. -Please pay attention on how to remove the hot tub lid in the pictures that are sent after booking. And please pay attention to the Hot Tub hours which is 8 AM to 10 PM. The Hot Tub rules are listed on a sheet that’s located on the kitchen table. Please read over these and abide by them before using the hot tub. Fines apply by breaking these rules. if you would like to be sent these rules before booking or after booking and before you arrive, please let me know, and I can forward them to you. -Please remove your shoes upon entering the suite. There is a shoe rack by the door. I appreciate your cooperation in helping keep the carpets clean -Please be respectful and aware of the noise levels (especially after quiet hours) with the neighbors when coming and going -Cigarettes/Vaping outside only. Please use the ashtray for your cig butts and please don't throw them on the property. No weed/other drugs brought into the suite or smoked on or around the property at any time -This property is not suitable for parties/events/gatherings to maintain a peaceful atmosphere for neighbors and surrounding areas. This is to ensure compliance with local regulations and prevent overcrowding. *If you wish to have visitors over during your stay, please message me first to approve ($8 a visitor per day $25 overnight per night) -No open flame indoors like candles, scent burners etc -I accept Dogs but do not accept cats/other animals allowed at any time There is a doggy door that leads out to the fully fenced-in yard. Please clean up after your pup (pooper scoopers provided) & I kindly ask to please keep your dog(s) off the couch/beds/sheets as much as you can or an extra fee of $105 fees will apply- Thank so much! -A link for the hot tub rules can be requested before booking but are provided in the suite to all guests upon arrival as well as sent in your check in message sent to you the day of your arrival. The rules/guidelines must be read & followed by guests before use of these amenities to avoid fines, risks & possible cancelation of reservation.
