Room is clean , all the worker there are super nice! But if they can offer a water kettle would be great!

I was there for business and my stay was incredible from the moment I walked in the door. I was greeted by Jill at the front desk and she was friendly and very helpful. The room was very clean, quiet and comfortable. If I am in this area again they will be my first choice for my stay.

Conveniently located, hardworking staff, decent and clean hotel and rooms. Very understaffed so their employees have to work three times harder than if they were properly staffed up. The Bistro is overpriced but convenient. Rooms are nice but they can be stuffy. It would be nice to be able to open a window (if they had window guards and screens). Would be good to have regular housekeeping, especially around holidays. Overall a solid choice, but could be better.

I came into town for a funeral and needed an early check in to change and be ready on time and they where able to set me up so I was on time Thank you

Jill was amazing at check in! Very helpful, accommodating, and a great sense of humor. Free breakfast would be nice since many hotels do include this.

WE liked that it was fairly quiet............ and, very convenient to go to shops and restaurants,,,,and, we had usage of the washer / dryer too!

Great hotel and around lots of great food and shopping. Only drawback is its FAR from university city and central Philidelphia. It took over 40 minutes to get downtown - on a weekend!

Clean hotel with helpful/friendly staff. Limited coffee availability - No free coffee in lobby. Has an onsite Starbucks, but with very limited hours. Comfortable beds!

The hotel was fine, the check in took 25 minutes while they waited on a customer.

It was amazing! The evening staff at the desk was the nicest lady. Made me feel like I was home at my grandma’s.

Took 30 mins to check in on a reserved room. Gave me the wrong room, took another 30 mins to get me into the correct room.

Horrible Experience. They refused to check me in with my PayPal debit card which is what I used to reserve. This delayed my check in by three hours. They also did not honor the extra fee I paid you for two breakfast meals. Overall the manager was rude and not helpful in resolving issues. He seemed to not even care.

The property was close to everything we were in town for. Staff was helpful and pleasant.
