릴레 산타 크리스티나(Relais Santa Cristina)

Excellent location for visiting the Chianti region! Everything about this conveniently located hotel was exactly as we wanted. A relaxed atmosphere with unpretentious, clean and cosy rooms and very helpful, friendly staff. The air-conditioning was really appreciated during this hot period, as was the pool which had the most spectacular view of the Chianti region you could imagine! Our spacious suite had all the amenities we needed and a very comfortable bed. The breakfast was wonderful with the most delicious homemade cakes and pastries along with scrambled eggs and a wide selection of fresh fruit. The relaxed hotel is surrounded by the Chianti vineyards which are part of the property and the wine produced by the owners can be bought directly on site! Thank you for a fabulous stay...we will definitely be back!

Terrible! Long waiting at entrance (‘room not ready’) and a dirty room. Toothpaste on the washbasin, toilet not cleaned, main room floor not vacuum cleaned since a long time and black dirt fungus in the fridge. Will not tell you what was under the bed. After our remark the lady of the house gave it a try (a little spray here and there and cleaning the floor with a half vacuum cleaner). Tomorrow we will try cancel the other nights. Don’t know what my rights are (***********). We will see tomorrow.

We stayed with my wife and our 3 month old baby fooled by the photos: although the pool are is fine the rest is a mess. The photo we’ve found on the website are not realistic: our room was 3 steps below ground floor, there was an unpleasant mouldy smell [the walls had humidity problems] and the bathroom was just awful. On the website we had booked a 30-32 square meter room, having a stroll forpur baby, but the size was barely of 12 I'm. The place is led by the lady owner and her son but they are not nearly enough of a staff for the needs of the customers: there is no one to be found at the ‘reception’ and we always had to call the last on the cell phone. At one point, our bathroom was not usable since there was a strong sewerage smell that went into the room as well (the room had just a tiny window). The breakfast is absolutely ridiculous: the first morning that we arrived there was nothing left at the se service desk and we learnt, on the second day, by pure accident that there were available also cold cuts and eggs but no one ever told us. Overall: very unpleasant experience. We are sorry that we spent our good money [more than 350€ for 2 night for 2 people] and vacation time in this place.

La struttura ha un grande potenziale per posizione e bellezza ma é abbandonata a se stessa come del resto tutti e ripeto TUTTI gli ospiti, in quanto una volta assegnata la stanza tutto è concesso di propria iniziativa per risolvere quelle piccole e semplici situazioni come svuotare il cestino della spazzatura. Box doccia rotto, mini frigo presente ma vecchio e non funzionante, tv non funzionante. Colazione pronta ad un orario indecente, dopo le 8:30 e soprattutto in un ambiente MOLTO sporco e oltretutto ti chiedono di sparecchiare i tavoli. Viene fatto tutto a costo zero, come non chiamare una signora delle pulizie all’occorrenza e permettere agli ospiti di avere quelle piccole e semplici cose durante il soggiorno: stanza pulita, carta igienica pronta quando sta per finire,… Concludo dicendo:Evitate !

Il posto in sè potrebbe avere un gran valore per posizione e servizi potenziali, che rimangono però, purtroppo, soltato ed unicamente potenziali. Abbiamo sostato 4 notti e, per quanto possa capire che sia un tre stelle, trovo inammissibile dover chiedere alla proprietà come entrato in camera asciugamani per le mani, asciugamani grandi per la doccia, carta igienica. Nella camera assegnataci non era presente il bidet e per farsi una doccia c'era una vasca da bagno, a mio avviso piccola e molto scomoda. Ci siamo interrogati se la proprietà avesse mai provato a lavarsi li. Inoltre sottolineo che in 5 giorni nella stanza non è entrato NESSUNO ripeto NESSUNO per cambiare i cestini, cambiare gli asciugamani e accappatoi, lenzuola, rifare i letti, una spazzata a terra... il nulla più totale. Colazione basic che più basic non si trova. La piscina è spaziosa ma le pareti necessitano decisamente di manutenzione date le evidenti crepe, mentre è assurdo trovare i lettini con i tessuti ingialliti... cioe ma un lettino costa male che va 90€ ma lo vuoi sostituire !? Insomma un posto che per storia e posizione potrebbe essere veramente unico, ridotto ad una bettola priva di manutenzione e servizi base.

Tranquilidad y calma en el campo, una piscina muy refrescante para la ola de calor, la hemos disfrutado. Habitación estilo rústico y desayuno completo (si pides huevos fritos y embutido están muy buenos). Alessandra muchas gracias por tu atención. Es un lugar muy auténtico en la Toscana.

La struttura sarebbe bella Ma è difficile apprezzarla sotto tanta sporcizia e trascuratezza, dopo tutto non ci sorprende vista la presenza poco curata e poco pulita della padrona di casa Ovviamente sconsigliato,tra l'altro non è nemmeno economico!!

Abbiamo soggiornato in questo posto due notti. Location sporca e non curata. La colazione proponeva brioche vecchie e alcuni alimenti erano scaduti. Mi spiace fare questa recensione perché la proprietaria si è dimostrata molto gentile e disponile. Basterebbe una pulizia e cura migliore, perché la location ha ottime potenzialità.

Soggiornando in questa country house (non mi sembra proprio un relais) ho avuto l'impressione di una struttura rimasta chiusa per 40 anni e riaperta il giorno prima del mio arrivo. Tutto è vetusto, gli arredamenti della camera (del bagno in particolare) e delle parti comuni, alla sala colazione. La sala colazione ha le tende con i buchi, lo spremi agrumi è manuale autogestito (non viene pulito, per cui chi arriva dopo trova i resti delle spremute precedenti), il cibo e le bevande non sono etichettate (non sari cosa stai per mangiare e cosa stai per bere). I tavoli non vengono sistemati e puliti, se non quando finisce l'orario della colazione. La piscina meriterebbe un aggiornamento, dagli spogliatoi/bagni ai lettini, ai calcinacci che cadono dal muro. Tutta la struttura è gestita da una sola signora, la quale non riesce a stare dietro alle richieste dei clienti, pulire le camere, gestire la sala colazione, fare le manutenzioni ordinarie e straordinarie, ecc; per il check, ad esempio, abbiamo dovuto aspettare ore (chiavi avute verso le 19.30, ergo pomeriggio perso in attesa). Quando sotto stress la signora risponde anche a tono ("mi sento braccata"). DI fatto: struttura meravigliosa, il viale di ingresso ti toglie il fiato per la bellezza (filari di cipressi da un lato, olivi dall'altro), casette in pietra viva, scenario della piscina bellissimo (l'occhio si perde tra le colline circostanti); se non interessa la pulizia giornaliera delle camere, la pulizia degli spazi comuni, una colazione varia ed igienica è il posto ideale per staccare la spina e rilassarsi
