This location did not meet any of my expectations and my expectations were pretty low. I expected that as a part, my corner suite and executive lodge access that executive lodge access would have been available or open. That any of the hotel bars that are advertised, you would be able to go and drink it. I was not able to because the hotels had not required their liquor license yet, so no bars were available. There is also no guest laundry available. You have to pay to valet park your own car. I don’t know what the breakfast restaurant situation is like there but I was not about to go pay money at a restaurant that I couldn’t drink at in a hotel that I’m staying at for a meal. I could not get connected to the Internet while staying there because of Hiltons Internet set up and I accumulated roughly US$125 worth of charges because I had to use my hotspot because the Internet would not allow me to connect. On the last night of my stay, there was a team of managers that was able to call tech-support and get my Internet working after about 45 minutes or an hour of just unnecessary inconvenience. This hotel was not ready to be open but they had no problem charging me full price for amenities And the room when all the extra perks of my room or not available. The hotel should not be open until all amenities are available that they are advertising. I have tried to get a refund for the stay they have refused. I have never been more disappointed by what was supposed to have been such a nice hotel. like I don’t even understand the concept of having a multiple bars at the hotel that you can’t drink at. The hotel was still under quite a lot of noticeable construction. I was in someway disappointed by every aspect of the hotel. If you’re not ready to be open, then don’t take my money. Do not go there yet. You can’t even buy alcohol there. This place is not ready to be open and they are already ripping people off.
