퀄리티 호텔 그린 팰리스

I stayed here for two days and I really liked it. The elevators worked as they should. The rooms are clean and spacious, just like the whole hotel. The beds are very comfortable (I'm curious where they bought the mattresses because I forgot to look or ask hahaha, having polydiscopathy I rarely find a bed in which I can sit one hundred percent well). In the bathroom, everything is perfect in terms of water pressure and drainage. The only inconvenience was the fact that in the area of ​​the sink, a drop of water flows on the floor once every 1-2 minutes, and if you don't know this and enter the bathroom with socks on, for example, you can get wet and it's annoying, but of course that it didn't bother me so much as to leave a bad review because I felt very well here and I will definitely consider staying here again when I return to Italy. At breakfast there was a bit of a rush and agglomeration, which I didn't really like. Maybe this has to do with the group I was with, but I thought I'd mention it anyway, maybe the staff will find a better solution in terms of organisation in the future (the food was all right). The view from the room is not wow. Another thing that I didn't like so much is the fact that you can hear quite loud noises from the street at night, and for those who sleep without earplugs, it can be annoying. Overall, it was a pleasant experience ✌️✌️

Shabby modern hotel. Benefits, free wi-fi, clean towels, bedding, shower cubicle, comfortable beds and they understand English. Everything else poor. There is a supermarket next door where you can buy food and drinks. Breakfast basic continent food with less choice than other hotels in Italy. Evenings meals, not good, but this could have been caused by a limited budget set by our tour operator. First evening meal was a bowl of pasta with very little sauce and flavour, followed by a greasy chicken thigh/leg piece and lettuce dripping in oil (not a good olive oil). I forget the dessert as I wish I could forget the rest of the meal. Air conditioning freezing, which we could not adjust. As the bedroom window was warped we got a constant breeze which enabled us to switch off the air conditioning. Window on the inside was cracked from top to bottom and with the main road just beyond noisy at night.We would have requested another room but this was our second room which was worse previously and where the door did not lock. Overall convenient for a 35 minute train ride into Rome, but hotel could have been anywhere in the world. There was also an excessive room scent. Not sure where 4 stars came in, as no bar or facilities available, although two lifts.

Bella struttura a pochi chilometri da Roma che si può raggiungere facilmente data la vicinanza della stazione di Monterotondo all'hotel. Personale molto gentile, ambienti puliti e ristorante di ottima qualità dai prezzi nella norma. Parcheggio interno molto grande per chi va in auto. Vado in questo hotel diverse volte l'anno per lavoro ed è sempre una conferma, consigliato !

La puerta no cierra, hay cosas rotas como ventanas o manillares de puertas. La ducha no tiene ni puertas ni nada para evitar que salga el agua. Además no había casi mantas y lo edredones de la cama no abrigaban por lo cual por las noches hacía bastante frío.

Fino alle 13 avevo una camera prenotata presso questo hotel,poi magicamente è sparita. Probabilmente siccome arrivavo sul tardi,hanno pensato bene,di darmene una in un hotel vicino,di inferiore classe,avendo forse la consapevolezza,che non avrei creato problemi. Mi dispiace,quando cambiate le camere,dovete risolvere il problema con una di altrettanto valore oppure superiore,perché il problema di camere assenti,dopo la conferma della prenotazione,È IL VOSTRO!! Poca professionalità e mancanza di rispetto per un cliente,che a tarda ora,voleva solo andare a riposare dopo una giornata di duro lavoro. Ma si accorgeranno presto dell’errore che hanno fatto,sconsigliatisssimo per la scarsa serietà,non posso giudicare gli ambienti perché non ho avuto la possibilità. P.S. Se succede a qualcun’altro,e vi mandano ai 7 archi,desistete in anticipo,è un tugurio a poca distanza,che non dovrebbe avere neanche 1 stella,figuriamoci 3.

Pessimo. Prenotata una quadrupla e ci hanno rifilato una stanza in cui entrano appena 2 letti. Non c’è nemmeno un armadietto e menomale perché già è impossibile muoversiSegnalato in reception e nessuna soluzione. Posizione scomodissima. Super sconsigliato.
