This is how you want your hotel experience to be. From the doorman, to the front desk and restaurant staff, house and grounds keepers, these are well-trained, courteous, and just plain friendly people. They are like your gracious family away from home. My special kudo's go out to the General Manager, Mr. Rabih Rzeidan, who took it as his mission to find my missing luggage! The un-named airline (RAM) provided NO assistance over 2 days, whereas Rabih via his channels found my luggage and arranged transportation so I could reunite with it prior to international travel the next day. He didn't have to do this for me, but happily and graciously did. The entire Mamba Point Hotel family display the same welcoming spirit. it's a great place to stay for business too, but make it your pleasure as well and stay there for leisure!
