몬도르프 파크 호텔 & 스파

Reception was not welcoming and they gave us a room that had not been cleaned yet. When confronted with it they wanted to give us a room which was lesser and never apologized for the mistake. We ended up with the manager at the room still without apology for the mistake which can happen. They could simply given us keys let us go to the spa - apologized given us a voucher for some drinks as compensation and we would have been happy. The cleaning lady was the hero of the day - she understood the problem and apologized. Note to reception. Smile and coordinate your dress code. It is the first impression and the face of the hotel.

We stayed two nights. Pricey but unique. Very clean and well maintained. It can be crowded. We didn t find a room for Saturday,our third night. After check out we were allowed to stay in the spa the whole day,nevertheless. Easy access by car. Hearty breakfast. Quire a few bars and restaurants in the hotel installations. The village outside is very near. If interested,one can visit the nearby ******!

Luxembourg was a nice gentle city break. Not exciting exactly, but pleasant enough. It was just good to be travelling again. All very nice. Safe. We thought we’d done all there was to do then we found this Spa resort. It made our weekend. Travelling from the city central station was easy., once we’d found where the bus goes from. The bus was free, as are all buses in Luxembourg. It pottered through the suburbs for half an hour then dropped us a two or three minute walk from the hotel. We didn’t want the hotel but we did want the geothermal spa. Lots of pools, bubbles, jets, saunas, streams . Inside and mainly outside. Swimming, floating, cooking, aquarobics, bubbling away like a suet pudding. Wonderful . Next time we’ll take robes (everyone else had them) but we thought they’d be supplied. We only had my emergency swimming towel in our bag as thought we could hire them; I think you can but we couldn’t work out how to do this. Saunas we’re mainly ‘continental’ apparel but everywhere else was in swimsuits. There was a very good pizzeria in the village for lunch afterwards. Then a bus back to the city feeling very clean and relaxed.

Endroit vraiment agréable tout pour se détendre les piscines les activités sont au top du choix pour chacun par contre quel dommage que le domaine soit laissé aussi terne les murs sont vraiment salle quand on regarde en se faisant bronzer c’est vraiment dommage sinon les chambres de hôtel magnifiques au top avec belles salles bain modernes et spacieuses le petit déjeuner super le personnel agréable vraiment rien à redire sauf que nous ne sommes pas retourné à l hôtel à cause des climatisations dans les chambres qui posent problèmes quel dommage encore j’espère que tout cela changera un jour !!!

Superbe hôtel avec plusieurs restaurants, un bar accès aux thermes très facilement, magnifique piscine à 36° divers saunas parsemé dans des chalets dans un cadre verdoyant, la chambre est d'un grand confort moderne avec le confort d'un 5 étoiles, le personnel est fort agréable et dévoué.

Gros point positif : le pdj qui est vraiment très bien. Le restaurant bistronomique est parfait également. Mais je vais ici juger l'hôtel uniquement. La chambre est petite, la salle de bain petite et pas fonctionnelle. Les rideaux sont sales, le lit est abîmé la literie n'est pas bonne et la clim est très bruyante. Le complexe en général de l'extérieur est vieillot. Les thermes ne sont pas agréables, l'eau des 2 piscines n'est pas assez chaude. La piscine thermale n'est pas assez ludique, il n'y a pas grand chose à faire à part barboter dans un bassin (je compare avec d'autres thermes où j'ai l'habitude d'aller). La vue depuis les piscines n'est pas agréable (vue sur les batiments vétustes). Je pense que le parc est agréable et la balade peut être sympa mais dans notre cas il pleuvait. D'ailleurs nous n'avons même pas profité des thermes le deuxième jour car l'intérieur se résume en un bassin et deux jacuzzi miniscules, les lits solaires étant payants par exemple, tout comme d'autres "activités". Cet hôtel ne vaut absolument pas le prix que nous avons payé et surtout pas l'appellation de 4 étoiles supérieur.
