Ein modernes 4-Sterne Haus welches jeden dieser Sterne verdient. Tolles Personal von der Rezeption bis zum Frühstücksbuffet. Feine, saubere Zimmer.

A good friendly hotel but needs a few improvements. Air conditioning not working properly and although food of a good quality often tepid. No itemised billing just a total at the end of your stay. No receipts given when ordering drinks in the restaurant. After first night not even shown drinks menu. This is not acceptable.

This a fairly small hotel catering mostly for cyclists. We stayed as part of tour of Lake Garda. The hotel was well managed and was maintained to a very good standard. The room was adequate for our stay with a good sized bed and the ensuite whilst not large had a everything you should want. The restaurant provided a buffet breakfast and a buffet evening meal. The food was very good. The only thing I could fault them on was the identification of vegetarian dishes and the placement of service spoons as they would have the vegetables in the same heating unit as meat dishes and the serving spoons were mixed.

We were the whole group staying at this hotel for one night. From the very beginning we felt welcome, thanks to very kind and professional receptionist. Food for the dinner and breakfast was above our expectations, staff very quick and friendly. The rooms had everything we needed, clean and comfortable. All in all, great experience!

We stayed a week on a b&b basis as part of a Jet2 package holiday. The hotel is 4-star, modern and very convenient for the centre of Torbole - it's also close to the local bus stops and a short walk to the pier for lake steamers. The hotel is maybe not the prettiest from the outside but inside, the public areas and the rooms are attractive, modern and spotlessly clean. There's a terrace, garden and small swimming pool. The breakfast buffet was very comprehensive and delicious. Finally, the hotel staff were great - so friendly and helpful. Don't be put off by the hotel's use of the name "Caravel Bike Hotel" - it's drawing on the big interest in cycling in the area, with loads of bike rental places nearby. The hotel caters very well for non-cyclists too - we would fully recommend it.!

This hotel is by far one of the tops I have stayed in. Great service, amazing breakfast at the hotel too, one of the best I have ever seen. Helpful staff, they will do anything for you and try their best for you. Huge thank you to Giorgi and Alice who were always super friendly, accommodating and on hand for a chat if you need one, they are a huge credit to the team! The location was great, plenty of eateries and restaurants near by. Not far from the boat station so travelling to different parts of the lake is very accessible. The rooms are clean and tidy, the cleaners are great at what they do. The maintenance of the hotel is maintained. Drink and pool lunch service is amazing. The pool and outdoor area is perfect with plenty. The views from my room were phenomenal. will definitely recommend this to everyone, I will be back one day definitely. thank you Hotel Caravel.❤️
