The elevator banged and I could hear the people upstairs in the room above us. I would have liked if they had herbal tea The staff was great The room was very clean. The location was excellent.

This hotel needs updates. Paint in room was peeling on ceiling. It was ok for 1 night but I would not return. The parking lot was small and on a busy street.

When we checked in our room it wasn't very clean paint hanging down from ceiling old food in the refrigerator from prior guest it just made us feel like it wasn't very clean you could hear the doors slamming kids running down the hall no communication from front desk not a lot of options for breakfast juice was sour it was really a unpleasant experience we left early and when trying to speak to a manager it was difficult.i personally dont recommend.

We stayed inbroom 409. Entering the roomnwe immediately noticed the floor was sticky as if someone spilt something in the dloor. I spoke with front desk clerk in reference to this, she attempted to help with the problem but wqs unable to access the cleaning supplies. I ask for another room but due to limited space was not able to assign another room. I mopped the floor with a hot hand towel to get the sticky off the floor. When finished the towel was absolutely disgustingly flithy. White towel was completely black with filth. I would not recommend this particular hotel to anyone.

I’ve stayed at this hotel before…great experience. This time only 3 months later I don’t know what happened. About to shower and there were roaches crawling around..switched rooms, this room needed some cleaning attention. There were sunflower seeds all over the floor with stained sheets, the a/c unit was detached from the window so the cold air was blowing into the room, the ceiling had paint chips falling from it…glad it was only for 1 night. The staff was very helpful and friendly

The staff was nice, but seemed disinterested. There were bags of trash sitting on the floor behind the counter, the place was in a disarray and was not well-maintained. The rooms were run down and it was very noisy in the hallways. The lounge chairs by the pool were torn.

The carpet in the room felt dirty and the floor was sticky. The staff was nice but breakfast wasn't out until 7:00 am and we had to leave at 6:00 am.

Property was very attractive and well-maintained. Everything worked and everything seemed fresh and clean. Great breakfast, sausage, eggs, everything we hoped they would have.
