서비스는 일반 수준 정도였다. 객실 내부는 청결은 좋은, 시설이 조금 오래되어서 침대 매트리스가 조금 꺼지고 세면대 물이 너무 천천히 빠지며, 욕조의 물마개의 고무 패킹이 삭아서 물을 받아놓고 사용할수가 없었다.

아침 식사가 너무 형편없어 품질이 좋지 않은 치즈 조각과 크루아상, 형편없는 머핀을 반복적으로 제공하곤 했습니다. 나는 전혀 먹을 수 없었다.

공항과 가깝습니다. 깨끗한. 왼손 들어올리기가 꽤 느립니다.

장소는 도시에서 너무 벗어났습니다. 관광객에게는 적합한 위치가 아닙니다.

저녁 프론트 데스크 여자는 무례했습니다. 언급되지 않은 호텔 정책에 대해 3가지 다른 설명을 제공하려고 합니다. 상황이 다르게 처리되었을 수도 있습니다. 나 자신이 호텔에서 일하면서 더 나은 설명을 원했습니다. 이해와 경험이 부족함을 보여줍니다. 희망은 진지하게 처리 될 것입니다

Staff was friendly and helpful. Seems like they rent long term and residents were noisy late into the night.

This is an excellent budget property. Very clean and very helpful staff especially at the front desk. The AC in the room is very effective. Had a good stay. Many thanks

The hotel was in a warehouse industrial area therefore no restaurants or shops or anything to do.

We booked a last minute stay due to a delay in our flight that would cause us to miss our connection. However, while in the air, the airline redirected us to Montreal instead of Toronto due to bad weather in Toronto. This hotel REFUSED to refund our money. We had booked for 2 nights in order to catch the next flight to our destination. They could have at least refunded the second night as there was plenty of notice. Not impressed.

Sink was plugged, needs plunger. Missing hook on the bathroom door inside. Window heater unit plug did not stay in the socket, I had to use tape to secure it.

An airport shuttle service would’ve been most helpful and we were very disappointed that there was no continental breakfast
