Marion needs manners ! We booked online and arrived to a very busy checking in session. Marion the mature lady on reception was extremely curt to the point of being rude. We understood that it was busy for her with what appeared to be a group booking checking in but she was far from welcoming and couldn’t smile or greet anyone. We were given an accessible room with a wet room and I was looking forward to a bath as we had stayed here 3 times in the past. We asked her if we could swap rooms to one with a bath but we were clearly making her more unhappy. We were not fussy weather it was a twin room or a double, we just wanted a regular bathroom with bath. Marion very reluctantly swapped our room after telling us it was not possible and she re programmed our door key then literally threw the key on the reception desk in front of us then turned her back on us to see to other guests. We were horrified at this and so too we’re the next couple checking in that witnessed this behaviour. Marion you really are in the wrong job ! We will not be put off staying at the hotel you work in because in previous stays every time it has been a pleasure. The younger lady on reception In the morning was very pleasant and we reported to her how rude Marion was., she apologised for Marion’s rudeness. We will see you next year and hopefully Marion will have learnt how to cope with checking in a group booking without showing her stress through rudeness. The breakfast staff and housekeeping staff were very pleasant when we encountered them.

No recomendable, viejo y sucio, una vez habia sangre en el baño, las sabanas pican cuando te despiertas, no hay persianas y la gran mayoria de las habitaciones les da el sol. El unico motivo por el que os recomiendo ir es que no me quiteis la disponibilidad de otros hoteles. Me han pedido poder menos vulgar la valoracion asique os podeis imaginar como es
