미란다 할리데이 파크

A good first stop over for our campervan trip as it is 1hr away from auckland airport. We checked in after opening hours (they close pretty early) but we could easily find our way and the check in instructions were clear and easy. Plenty of flies attracted to light at the campsite. Our camper was filled with flies and spent a long time chasing them away. So do be careful when turning on the lights when moving in and out of the camper.

We stayed over night in a cabin. It was clean and tidy and best of all had air-conditioning. The bed was very comfy. Showers were clean and tidy with good pressure. The receptionist was very friendly. There was a small selection of heat and eat foods and drinks but no beers. Recommend you take your own food. Kitchen is well set up.

Holiday Park has great amenities and is perfect for families. Standard of the facilities justified it being a little bit more expensive. Loved the pool! Kitchen facilities were in good condition and large enough for the size of the park. Nice hot showers and amenities block well located in park. Would recommend as a great place to stay.

I have returned to Miranda Holiday Park, now Tasman Holiday Park regularly over two decades and stayed both in the cabins as well as in our camper van. It is a great spot for a 'Get out of Auckland'Weekend as the drive is not too long. We love the surroundings - very undeveloped and unspoilt with Rays Rest nearby and also the bird sanctuary and Miranda Shorebird Centre. We mostly go in the cooler months and love to use the beautiful hotpool which has now been upgraded. Great to see the Tasman Group investing. I love that this park has special fenced in camp spots for dogs, so it is unusually pet friendly. the public kitchen and bathroom facilities are very nice, and well appointed and very clean. I look forward to returning again, and again - and again.

Very good location, made better by the presence of the geothermal hot pools. Park well set up for campers, caravans, tents, cabins and motel-like units. Very clean and tidy. Well set up for adults, children, dog lovers, well equipped campers or dine out folk, and everyone else. Plenty to see and do, both at the park and nearby.

Nice unit with heatpump large in area had washer dryer vouches good beds. Hotpools a bonus. Recomnended great value for money. Has good cooking and breakfast facilities in rooms. Extra towels for pools. TV a bit limited. Can park outside unit staff are friendly and helpful.
