무난하게 좋았어요~

체크인은 괜찮 았습니다 ... 점원이 우리가 자정 이후에 도착했을 때 가득 찼고 Res Dept를 통해 예약했다고 말했지만 그녀가 내가 다이아몬드 회원이라는 것을 알게되면 그녀는 태도를 바꿨습니다! 수영장에서 약간의 펑크로 인해 수영장이 다운되었습니다. 아침 식사는 너무, 계란은 매우 짠! 커피는 하루 종일 사용할 수 있어야 하지만 아침 식사 시간에만 제공됩니다. 하지만 객실에는 소포를 제공하지만 크리머는 제공하지 않으므로 월마트로 달려가 일부를 사야 합니다!

무료 셔틀이 있다고 광고합니다. 잘못된! 그들은 전염병이 닥쳤을 때 그것을 중단했습니다. 사진은 좋았지만 장소는 쓰레기였습니다. 청소되지 않았고, 욕실 문에 문 손잡이가 없었고, 화장실이 고장 났고, 보안 체인 잠금 장치가 고장났습니다. 나는 모든 사람에게 중대한 배상을 할 때까지 이 시설을 사용하지 말라고 경고할 것입니다. 우리가 떠날 때 데스크에 있는 사람이 공항까지 태워주기 위해 택시비를 지불했는데 이제 우리가 돌아올 때 우리는 무엇을 합니까? 너무 실망.

위치가 완벽합니다. 호텔 컨디션은 보통입니다. 늦은 밤 점원을 제외하고 서비스는 훌륭합니다.

It's a great hotel, friendly employees. Breakfast has a great selection and always stalked. Clean hotel even the pool. Right on the bus line and close to places to shop and the mall of America. I would early stay again.

Upon arrival I was informed that they were charging a deposit again. They had stopped for well over a year, and without advanced notice they wanted a $100.00 deposit. I was not prepared for this and it left me short on money. They would not release it at checkout so I am still without my money. I also requested a late check out. I was told that I was in good standings with the hotel because I frequently stay there. They wouldn't let me do a late checkout. A new policy would charge me per 15 minutes past 11am. So to leave 1 hour later it would cost me $40.00. I don't think I will be back to stay again. Very disappointing. Breakfast was awful, they were out of everything. Cost goes up, quality goes down. Not so quality inn.

Besides the lady kicking my door at 2-3am for me too open like my kids aren't asleep awsome place

우리는 11월 21일부터 11월 25일까지 퀄리티 인에 묵었습니다. 그곳에서의 첫날 밤 우리는 화장실에서 담배 연기 냄새를 맡았습니다. 아마도 옆방에서 나는 것 같았습니다. 대부분의 호텔에서 제공하는 다리미/다리미판은 없었습니다. 방은 전혀 장식이 없었습니다. 벽에 예술 작품이 없었고, 소파가 너무 푹신하고 다소 불편했으며, 액센트 의자 패브릭이 해어지고 낡아 보였습니다. TV를 시청할 때 채널 가이드에 액세스하여 프로그램을 찾는 일관된 방법이 없었습니다. 아침 식사에서 유일하게 따뜻한 음식은 와플뿐이었습니다. 머무는 동안 소시지, 베이컨, 계란은 없었습니다. 커피는 꽤 맛이 없었습니다.... 컵에 물을 부으면 일반 물처럼 보였는데, ㅋㅋㅋ 블랙커피는 아니었어요. 직원들은 친절했지만 다시는 여기에 머물지 않을 것입니다.

Hidden charges and fees such as "patking fee" "50 dollar deposit" asked to have the room cleaned never came and cleaned the room. Orsered fresh towels had to wait 6 hrs to have them delivered. NONE OF THE VENDING MACHINES WORKED! HORRIBLE WATER PRESSURE AND THW TOILET RAN NON STOP. Beds were twrribly uncomfortable. Not enough pillows. TOOK FOREVER FOR THE STAFF TO KEEP UP THE BREAKFAST BAR, RATHER BE IN THE OFFICE TALKING OR OUT SMOKING!!!! NEVER AGAIN!

Staff was extremely rude. We rented 6 rooms here. We had to pay for parking and there was nowhere to park our cars. The staff threw coupon books at us. They refused to wait on us invidually. It took us an hour to check in because they made one person check us all in even though we all weren’t staying in the same rooms. My bf paid for 2 of the same rooms a month ago and they gave one of her rooms away. Some of the rooms had a bad smells. The breakfast sent everyone to the washroom the same day. They really need to do some work on the staff, parking and other things.

They told us when we arrived we had to pay extra for parking-huh? After complaining politely they waved the fee which was nice but then gave us the room across from the maintenance and housekeeping center so we got to be awakened by the door banging open and closed all night. Got about 2 hours sleep.
