Ik had al eerder daar geslapen en het was goed, maar de kamer wat ik nu gekregen heb was niet goed. De bed goed was te klein, de handdoeken Va de badkamer waren niet schoon ook de grond laken waren niet schoon. Jammer want het ziet voor de rest goed uit.

My wife and I stayed 3 nights, arriving at 8 PM by taxi(1200 escudos) from the VXE Airport. Reception was on the “0” floor, up 2 floors from ground level by a slow elevator, or in our case, tired of waiting, we climbed the stairs with our bags. A smiling multilingual receptionist copied our passports, gave the wifi info and breakfast hours, and our key card. We took the lone elevator up three floors to room #304, spacious, clean and tiled, with firm twins, nice closet, bathroom with tiled shower, good AC and an opening window with a side view of the port. Nice TV but no English, good open unsecured wifi and a wonderful 7AM breakfast with all food groups including fresh fruit, many varieties of eggs/omelets and some fresh cakes. The location is excellent with an Italian restaurant, ice cream shop, Fragata Central grocery and the 1.6km port promenade (extends from the Belem Tower Replica to the beautiful Laginha Beach) is all within a block.

Came to this hotel for Sunday brunch and had to fight off hundreds of flies that were on the tables, glasses, plates, on us, and the cafeteria quality food. Complained to the waitress who was well aware of the fly problem but said management didn’t care. We suggested closing the windows and use their 4 air conditioners. Or install a few $7 screens in the windows. Again we were told management didn’t care. Never made it to the hotel rooms. If management didn’t care about bugs who would want a room??? We will NEVER come back unless there is a change in management that actually cares about its customers.

Das Hotel ist sehr zentral gelegen. Die Zimmer sind nicht besonders groß und etwas dunkel. z.Z. störten die Baumaßnahmen direkt neben dem Hotel, so das es am Tage in den Zimmern nicht auszuhalten war. Das Frühstück war sehr gut und das Personal freundlich. Aus Coronagründen wurden die Zimmer nur auf Anforderung gereinigt.

Prédio em construção ao lado, com barulho constante logo cedo pela manhã. Janela sem blackout, e algumas a não fechar completamente pelo que o barulho ainda era maior. Roupa de cama muito fraca. Cheiro a esgoto no quarto. Desaconselho este hotel. Há outras opções perto, bastante melhores
