Not to bad but they have a late check-in and checkout process time and need to get a bigger TV watch

I do reviews all the time not just the negatives I learnt a lesson during my 20 years of hospitality, Theres a difference between working on your business and working at your business. That concludes the kinda of service I received. A very dry welcome and as if they are saying we dont care if you come back as long as you pay us now, kinda serious. When walked in, first impression the floor was wet and had alot of long hairs curling up on the floor. The spa which what we paid extra for, we didnt even use it Thats how disgusting it was. Sorry for using a harsh language here but im only describing my experience, nothing personal. The water taps were leaking, i filled up the spa and turned on the pump and it pumped a load of dirt and long hairs into the water and it was a turn off First day no one cleaned the room and there was no do not disturb signs so I assumed they clean up daily. The second day they cleaned it alright and didnt not touch any money or jewelry so thats a bonus for them No sign as in where to drop the keys off So i went to receiption to ask, the man didnt even respond or look at me, the lady next to him then responded in a rude tone. Overall i didnt enjoy my stay, its a waste of money and its so far away from the airport and the city but the price was similar to city hotels which are probably better.

Friendly staff and great location. Some confusion about whether I had paid or not (which I had). A bit annoying but nothing major.

I stayed here for my Uni Residential Study visit. It is very convenient. McD 24 hours restaurant is outside the motel. And there are Coles Express 24 hours store next to the McD. DFO Unihill outlets is just 7 bus stops away or 30mins walk. Woolsworth store is 5 minutes walk too. Not much traffic and therefore gives me a comfortable and good rest. There is a free parking too within the premise for those who drive. Every day the housekeeping cleans the room. Also for those using wheelchairs, there is no steps to take and most rooms are on ground level.

It was only for a day so it was okay. This property has been downgraded since the ownership has changed. No complimentary wine or bottled water, no Foxtel or smart TV etc.

This is a slightly deceptive property. On the outside it looks like a standard 70's motel. Inside, however, it is fitted out with a new bathroom..and newly decorated. two bedrooms, plenty of space, very clean and the usual motel trimmings. Would definitely stay there again!

Was a very clean room without much issue. Only general house wear and tear. Only the shower seal was broken otherwise everything else was i good repair.

Nice quiet motel. Close to main shopping centre and convenient stores. Easy excess to main road and public transport.

Quiet property in a quiet street. Close to several dining options. We had a deluxe family room. 2 bedrooms & spacious kitchenette. Modernised bathroom.
