Pro’s They made attempts at some entertainment in the hotel terrace on an evening which was pleasant. Also one evening was a complimentary aperitivo with drinks and snacks, this was very well organised and very nice. The location is great, just minutes from the beach and town centre. Note they do not have a pool in the hotel grounds but the pool is only a couple of minutes walk away. The pool is open to the public and shared with other hotels, but the Luxor does have an area where beds are reserved, so even though the pool was very busy there was never a problem finding beds. Room service was good, rooms are brightly decorated and were always clean. Con’s Generally, the inconsistency of the food. Don’t be fooled by the management pictures on TripAdvisor. The food is generally below par. Sometimes very good.... sometimes average and sometimes just very bad! The first night we had fish. Unfortunately it was terrible and tasteless... the hotel is next to the sea... what a shame! Cold desserts were often sitting out on the buffet and not properly chilled. Once we took a tiramisu and it was actually over room temperature getting warm! One night we were sitting for dinner and two guests near us were eating totally different food to everyone else (real grilled seafood... ) we asked what they were eating we were told its from a 'different menu... special order'.... which no one told us about or didn’t exist anywhere!?! What is that, preferential treatment to friends or regular customers…. or just really poor running... because absolutely no other special menu options were offered to us. Once day chicken arrived under cooked (actually pink in the middle) (and note this was for a child also)... we asked if they can put back on the grill they replied ‘yes if you want it well done we can do it’... (well done?? Its chicken!!) :-) Another day, chili con carne... absolutely no flavour... just salty tomato source and mince... literally... that was the ingredients and taste... also it was supposed to be tacos... but actually only arrived with half a dry tortilla... Another day, we ordered deep fried prawns, sounded great... but they actually left the shell on the prawns! So if you bite into it you get the shell... never ever have we seen this before. You don’t leave the shell on deep fried battered prawns… ever. Although our deal was All-inclusive note there was not even coffee included... not only you cannot have your coffee at the table after the meal... you have to leave the table and go down to the bar. Very strange. We raised our concerns, mainly based on hygiene... many covid rules were broken around the hotel, staff and buffet. The management wasn't interested and was defensive. This is a major mistake from a hotel management not caring about the clients. I have stayed in hotels all around the world and never once had such a defensive reaction... nothing worse than when the management think they are better than the guests and

Excellent service and wonderful staff, this hotel is located close to the centre of Milano Marittima and is a short walk from the beach. We had very comfortable room, and upgraded to a penthouse suite for the second week of our stay, Can’t fault the staff, all were very friendly and helpful, rooms were clean.

Ci ho messo tanto a trovare una struttura a MiMa per festeggiare il mio 50esimo e non solo per un discorso di prezzo. Dovevo combinare diversi aspetti per accontentare un po' tutti, vicinanza sia al mare che al centro, mezza pensione, di almeno 4*, ecc.... sapevo che sarebbe stato impegnativo. Dopo lunga ed estenuante ricerca ho ricevuto uno dei tanti preventivi da questo Luxor, pareva fossi davanti alla combinazione quasi perfetta. Cosi ho prenotato. Si trova in centro città, a 100 mt dal mare, struttura pare rinnovata o comunque recente, personale numeroso ed efficiente, camere (almeno la mia superior) piccola ma molto ben rifinita e con un bel balcone, ottima cena con ricco buffet; forse migliorerei la colazione, non mi pare all'altezza di tutto il resto e purtroppo l'insonorizzazione è pressochè inesistente. C'è anche la piscina disponibile per gli ospiti a poca distanza. Utilissimo il pass per il parcheggio a 5€ al giorno. Un grazie a Vanessa che ci ha accolti e sopportati

Albergo in ottima posizione, personale sempre disponibile e sorridente. Piscina grande e confortevole. Ampia colazione dolce e salata. Lo consiglio a famiglie e a coppie.

Vacanza di famiglia, posizione ottima a 200 metri dal mare, camere pulite grandi e materassi comodi, ristorante molto buono con buffet di antipasti,frutta e dolci, piscina a 150 metri direzione mare molto ben tenuta e soft drink gratuiti, noi eravamo con un neonato di 8 mesi e ci siamo trovati benissimo con il mangiare bastava chiedere cosa preparare che lo chef eseguiva alla perfezione. Personale cordiale e gentile, direttore top quando tutto funziona alla perfezione. E per finire non posso non nominare la splendida Paola..... tutto meritato continui così . Un abbraccio a tutti ci vediamo presto.👏😔

Arrivati sabato 12/07 e partiti il 19/07 abbiamo trovato subito già dal check in coccole e accurata compensa tutto il personale a disposizione per un soggiorno ideale... camere e pulizie dei locali comuni impeccabili, un occhio di riguardo per i nostri amici pelosi con cuccia e ciotola per l'acqua in camera...servizio ristorazione impeccabile e molto curato e personale di sala molto gentile e disponibile buffet colazione/cena impressionante... unico neo...il parcheggio..interno praticamente inesistente esterno a pagamento e compensato dalla possibilità di acquistare pass per parcheggi in tutta Milano marittima ad un prezzo molto conveniente..a mio avviso però, questo dovrebbe essere offerto dall' hotel
