One of the worst hotels I have ever stayed at, apartment was filthy, hair everywhere, sofa dirty, foul smell in the building, mould in the shower, the hot tub that is included on the rooftop terrace was filthy and not turned on. The electrics stopped working in the apartment and the lights would not turn off, we emailed 5 times and called 4, on the 4th time we finally got through to the out of hours emergency team who ended up putting the phone down on us and said they would come out tomorrow so we either had a choice of no air conditioning in 34 degree heat and no way to charge phones by taking the card out or sleeping with the lights on. We asked to please be moved to another room or for someone to come out and fix the problem and the guy we spoke to insisted he did not have a manager and instead of fixing the problem told us to leave early. Stay clear of this hotel, not worth the money.
