This fully renovated 3 bed/2 bath ranch house in the heart of Amish country is ready for you to explore the abundant activities in northern Indiana. It is the perfect place for your stay in Middlebury and Shipshewana! It's in a tranquil neighborhood and close to everything in town. Enjoy the backyard oasis for an excellent relaxing time: hot tub, seating, fire pit (firewood provided), and backyard games. As a quick disclaimer and note to potential guests, we are a FAMILY ORIENTED neighborhood. We are NOT a party house and have a strict 10pm - 7am noise rule. After 10pm our neighbors should not hear you. IF YOU ARE LOOKING TO PARTY and come and go all hours of the night, we are not a good fit for you. Rowdiness, excessive noise, loud music, etc. are all grounds for removal. Our neighbors are all families who have children. Please be considerate of them and respectful of this rule or you will be made to leave the property immediately. Self-Check-in - You will gain access to the property via a keypad which will be provided the day before check-in. Check-in time is anytime after 5:00pm Check-out time is before 10:00am Available via phone, text, or email - I will be available however is most convenient for you. If needed on-premise, I have a manager within 30 minutes of the property. If you want to get out and explore, it's less than 5 minutes away from the famous Das Dutchman Essenhaus restaurant; 15 minutes from world-renowned Shipshewana, where there are shops, restaurants, the well-known Flea Market, and Blue Gate Theatre; 10 minutes to the Bonneyville Mill Park where you can watch the old fashioned grinding and enjoy hiking and lover scenery. The Pumpkinvine Trails is only about 1 mile away, where you can take a relaxing walk/bike ride through the countryside. Nappanee has additional Amish culture with shopping, theatre, and dining. All this and more as you relax and enjoy this wonderful area full of culture and hospitality.
