좋은 위치….프론트 오피스 직원은 서비스를 제공한 사람에 따라 다릅니다. .. 일부는 정말 친절했고 다른 일부는 그다지 친절하지 않았습니다. 음식도 좋았고 레스토랑도 좋았고 직원도 친절했지만 아침 식사를 놓쳤습니다… 정말 끔찍했습니다. 옥상 수영장은 좋았지만 그늘이 없었고 아무도 우산을 올려 놓지 않았고 바는 문을 닫았습니다… 직원은 보이지 않았습니다! 부끄러운 일이지만 좋은 지역이기 때문입니다. 우리 방은 오래된 건물에 있었고 필사적으로 Reno & 성형 수술이 필요합니다… 전체적으로 그냥 괜찮았습니다.

멋진 아르데코풍 호텔은 깨끗하고 깔끔하며 직원들은 매우 친절하고 협조적입니다. 해변과 상점에 가깝습니다.

방이 너무 낡았고 시설도 낙후되어 추천하지 않습니다.

괜찮다고 말할 수밖에 없습니다. 온라인에서 사진을 보지 말고 가격 대비 가치가 있습니다.

숙소는 그들이 제공하는 사진과 전혀 달랐고, 호텔에 들어올 때마다 냄새가 나서 처리해야 해서 매우 속상했습니다. 프론트 데스크도 없고, 도와줄 직원도 없고 모든 일이 옆집 호텔을 통해 이루어져야 했습니다. 어떤 도움도 없습니다. 다시는 예약하지 않을 것입니다. 환불을 받을 수 있었으면 좋겠습니다.

호텔을 찾고 체크인하는 것이 정말 어렵습니다. 침대와 욕실 외에는 아무것도 사용하지 않았으나 아무 이유 없이 $36.00 정도의 요금이 청구되었습니다. 환불을 요청하고 싶습니다. 주차는 그 어느때보다 최악이고 비용도 많이 듭니다.

바퀴벌레 침입. 그들은 약간의 개선이었던 우리 방을 바꿨습니다. 그러나 장소는 낡았고, 종이로 된 얇은 벽으로 인해 극도로 시끄러워졌습니다. 직원들은 전체적으로 무관심하고 도움이 되지 않았습니다. 동네가 정말 좋고, 교통도 편해요. 앞으로는 다른 호텔을 선택하겠습니다. 다른 많은 옵션이 있습니다.

깨끗했고, 모든 것에 가까운 좋은 지역에 있어서 마음에 들었습니다. 복도에 더 많은 조명이 필요했고 어쩌면 카펫을 업그레이드할 수도 있었습니다.

I would say the only thing I liked was the location and the amenities on the beach. The property looked nothing like the pictures. I got the impression The hotel is actually just a place for surplus guests when the actual hotel which is Boulan doesn’t have room. The rooms are very dated and there was renovations happening. The pics you see on their sight is actually for the other hotel. The one pic with the pink couches doesn’t even exist. I felt like I was being tricked. Also they charge extra for cleaning services everyday which is usually part of the daily charge.

The pictures on the website did not match the actual South Beach hotel. Our room was out dated and the beds were very springy and uncomfortable. We stayed at South Beach not knowing the its affliated with Boulan hotel which is next door and where the pool...restaurant..check-in reception etc all took place there and where the pictures on the website are from .... The positive side was the staff was nice and the location other than that the photos on the website for South Beach hotel was very misleading....

The property location is really good, however the property is really old, smelling old carpet and windows totally dirty. Frustrating!! There was a leek in my room that made all of our clothes wet and not even an offer to switch to another place. The hospitality and customer care was missed unfortunately.

Nail on the coffin was being charged additional $75 for checking out 30 min late. They do a bait and switch on building pictures. Staff was rude at front desk and lobby. Had to switch out of first room because the order of mildew. Hallways and elevator stink.

Several guests, ourselves included, questioned why the tv did not work. They said they would send up a tech. Never happened. Another guests said their door would not lock. After two nights no resolution. Much of the furnishings are in need of replacement.
