Excellent hotel. Very friendly and polite staff. All are very professional. Food is perfect and tasty with a lot of choice. You find for everyone something. Rooms are clean............ I highly recommend this hotel+++++..............

Great location - convenient for the airport. Very good food with plenty of choice - Tunisian and European. Rooms clean, comfortable and spacious. Relaxed environment with staff very helpful and accommodating. Easy access onto the beach for walks.

We did not choose this hotel, the hotel we chose was cancelled by Easy Jet as our hotel was undergoing major renovations. We went with open minds and arrived at 11 a.m. to be told the room would not be ready until 2 p.m. On arrival the welcome at reception was very basic and we were not given any information about the hotel and how things worked. Some of the staff were polite and friendly and some not so, we felt that because we were English we were treated differently to the French or German. The food was plentiful although repetitive a suggestion would be boiled eggs for breakfast. One of the days at lunch time we were totally ignored it was like the waiter could not be bothered and make us feel uncomfortable. The hotel needs an upgrade throughout it is dated, it would have been nice in it's day. A big thank you to the bar man at the beach he went out of his way to make us feel welcome and one waiter in the evening meal time.

Bonjour! This was a nice, clean and well kept hotel with excellent, welcoming staff throughout. 99.99% of the tourists are French, and the wife and I was the other 0.01%. However, all the staff and most French spoke good English, so no problems at all. We even learnt a little French too. There's was a bit of renovation going on outside but nothing to spoil our stay. A very good selection of international buffet food on offer for breakfast, lunch and evening meal, so no complaints there. As in most hotels you had to book the a-la-carte restaurant and it was pre-order traditional Tunisian dishes, which we enjoyed very much. The all-inclusive drinks selection was more than satisfactory too. There is plenty of nice quite areas to sunbath, if you prefer, as the main pool has the usual boom-boom music playing most of the day. The evening entertainment was a bit of a let down (as there wasn't much, if any at all) but that didn't bother us with only being there for 3 nights. However, I'm sure that will change in high season. Day and night, I believe young children would probably get very bored, very quickly here, although, again, this could change in high season. Djerba centre/souks (only £4ew in taxi) was nice but as you'd expect, lots of bazaars selling the same stuff, every owner wanting you to look around their shop, we did buy a few things but didn't stay long . There was not much going on at the Marina either. All-in-all a pleasant and enjoyable stay, but 3 nights/4 days was definitely enough for us as there's not much to do inside or outside of the hotel, apart from walk on the beach.

Hotel is amazing,,, Staff are polite and the food has been really good. What really made the trip was the entertainment staff!!, they love to chat and made us feel comfortable and we had such a great time ,,, would really recommend! Pool is big
