We loved our stay at Casa Comtesse. The location, the staff, the accommodations, the breakfast and cocktails, and the hotel’s ambience were perfecto. We also really love the Condesa neighborhood for walking, restaurants, shops, parks and for access to the rest of the city. We would stay ant Casa Comtesse again and again!

We absolutely love Casa Comtesse. This was my second time. I loved it the first time so brought my wife back for her birthday. Check in is a lovely experience. Alex gave us so many great tips about the area and location. It is quaint, quite and located in a great accessible area. They have art throughout the property and in the rooms that you enjoy and even purchase if you want (we did!). The mezcal tasting was so much fun. Fernando did a great job. It was so much more than tasting; it was educational and fun. The breakfast was a real highlight. Delicious Mexican dishes prepared fresh to order. If you're considering staying here. Just give it a try. You won't regret it.

Had a very comfortable stay at Casa Comtesse. Spent a few days solo for a birthday weekend of relaxation. The room and entire house was very clean yet homey. Jaguar room on the second floor has a beautiful tree-lined view of the courtyard in the back of the house. Breakfast each day was lovely as well as the complimentary mezcal tasting. The metro station is right in front of the building for great ease of transportation. If other guests were loud you would be able to hear them but people were quiet and considerate while I was there. The bed was so comfy and the room had just what you need to feel at rest.

Casa Comtesse is lovely, well located, and we felt safe and well cared for. The breakfast is fresh and healthy and we enjoyed meeting other travelers and sharing tips. We did not seek much advice, but when we did they were very helpful. We hired a guide (Juan) through Casa for Teotihuacán and he was fantastic. Recommend.

We loved our stay here. Super comfortable, lovely backyard to have coffee in, and the homemade breakfasts were wonderful each morning. Beautiful art adorning all the walls. And a unique and delicious mezcal tasting to boot! We would definitely stay here again.

Wonderful hotel and staff. Beautiful rooms, courtyard, common areas. Staff is so kind. Fabulous oasis to come back to.

Have to agree with all the many positive reviews:wonderful helpful staff, convenient location, spacious indoor common area and outdoor patio, great breakfast where you meet interesting people. We spent one night in very small room, (would feel small for extended stay) and 4 nights in a very large room with sitting area overlooking patio. Bed was super comfortable. Free Netflix and YouTube on tv.

We liked the friendly staff, especially Fernando, who gave us a great introduction to Mezcal. The bed was quite comfortable and the breakfasts were great. We enjoyed the courtyard, artwork, furnishings and gardens. We also liked the Condesa neighbourhood.

Great location for day trips north to the pyramids or south to Freda’s house. Beautiful amazing old restored house! Antiques around every corner! Alex was great and Lucy created wonderful breakfasts all 4 days. Fantastic place!!!!
