훌륭한 위치. 아침저녁으로 하수구 같은 냄새가 났습니다. 고양이 먹이는 어디에나 있습니다.

커피숍의 아이와 프론트 데스크의 매니저는 훌륭했습니다. 들어갔을 때 방은 더러웠고, 바닥에 머리카락이 있고 개미들로 덮여 있었습니다. 식당은 영업시간을 알 수 없는 어둡고 텅 빈 공간이었다. 공동 작업 공간도 어둡고 황량했습니다. 일일 행사 브리핑은 오후 4시에 발송되었습니다. 투어가 떠난 지 말 그대로 7시간이 지났습니다. 내 방은 내내 개미와 날아다니는 곤충들로 뒤덮였습니다. 샤워 물이 차가웠습니다. 모든 사람이 내 방을 볼 수 있도록 현관문에 구멍이 있었습니다. 3일차까지 방을 청소해 달라고 요청했는데, 아직 청소가 안 되어 있었고 개미와 벌레가 도처에 있었기 때문입니다. 청소부가 나타나기까지 4번의 요청과 3시간이 걸렸습니다. 그녀는 너무 화가 나서 움츠러들었습니다. 나를 인정하지 않고 부수고 있습니다. 주방은 난리가 났습니다. 나는 일주일 동안 거기에 있었고 결코 사용할 수 없었습니다. 직원이나 현지인들로 끊임없이 가득 찼습니다. 젖은 바닥, 쓰레기로 가득 차 있고, 더럽고 더러운 접시, 전자레인지도 없고, 커피도 없고, 쿡탑은 역겨웠고, 깨끗한 컵도 찾을 수 없었습니다. 한 번은 컵을 얻으려고 들어갔는데 현지인이 움직이기를 거부해서 나도 컵을 얻을 수 있었습니다. 여기저기 돌아다니는 고양이들, 공동 구역을 차지한 직원들이 비명을 지르거나 전화를 하고 있으며, 이로 인해 공용 구역을 사용할 수 없습니다. 공동체 분위기가 전혀 없었습니다. 직원들은 대부분 손님을 싫어하는 것 같습니다. 식당은 어둡고 텅 빈 황무지였습니다. 원격으로 일하고 일주일 동안 거기에 있었음에도 불구하고 코워킹 공간을 사용한 적이 없습니다. 너무 어둡고 우울했어요. 나는 루차 리브레(Lucha Libre) 투어를 한 번 했습니다. 몇 개의 폐쇄된 음식 매점을 지적한 다음 우리를 경기장에 남겨두고 이벤트를 보고 집으로 가는 길을 찾는 가이드로 구성되었습니다. 말도 안 되는. 장소는 어둡고 불결하며 벌레와 개미로 뒤덮여 있고, 아이들, 놀고 일하지 않는 직원들, 뛰어다니는 아이들. 위치 외에도 이곳을 예약할 이유가 없습니다. 너무 실망스럽습니다.

What an incredible stay, From start to finish Selina Virreyes was amazing, and the experience is a 10/10, Free Walking Tours, Salsa lessons — a gorgeous setting, exceptional hospitality, and wonderful eats. I can’t recommend it enough! the view from the roof was the best

I arrived late at night at came here as a back up, (the first place had their front entrance in a dark scary alley). So the building of Selina is cool, an old hotel. The bed was comfortable and bathroom was clean. The place was empty and it’s not near anything. The front desk guy charged my $30 usd when their rates online were $22. No vibe here unfortunately., but I wouldn’t stay in centro anyway.

It was quite disappointed, being the low season, the staff was very lean, bathroom cleaned only every few days. No food offers. The common area’s are dark. The location is excellent, but aside from that, I wouldn’t go back unfortunately. I was asked to communicate with Whats app and never got answers

As soon as we checked in we noticed our private room was not what we booked. We tried to ask to change our room or solve some of the issues but the Manager never even got back to us. We would never stay there again Dirty and noisy room, no curtains. Every day we had to ask for toilet paper. No water running in the wc or hot water in the bathroom So many better hostels for cheaper and friendlier helpful staff

By far the worst hostel I’ve stayed at. The room was dirty, black hair in the sheets and all around the toilet. The room didn’t even have curtains, The rooms do not look like the photos on the website. Noisy, overall very uncomfortable. Not a place to stay while on vacation. I tried to speak to a manager but he never replied.

We did not get the bed size what we booked, Rezeption not helpful at all. Toilet Flash didnt work, nobody came to fix it, not clean and very loud. Really NOT recommend to book, also if you need help in advance the just send you automated messages and dont help

Wish I'd listened to my gut and not stayed here. We booked through *********** and paid for a standard room with private bathroom, but Selina staff INSISTED we only had a small room with shared bathroom. The room was so small and on the 6th floor down the corridor from the rooftop. Every night there was incredibly loud music (the room literally vibrated) so we asked to move room. The room they then gave us was a dark cave with no fan, no window, tiny, no space for bags, no hooks for clothes, just awful for the money we'd paid. The staff didn't give any advice on how to use the hostel, safety, kitchen, community - nothing. The only nice thing were the friendly cleaning ladies. So disappointed for our first stay in Mexico
